This hotel is ideal if you have young children. We were travelling with no children but were put in a room that didn't overlook the pool area so it was nice and quiet. It is a very large hotel and quite basic BUT you cannot beat the location and the VIEWS!!! The staff are super friendly and helpful and even through very busy breakfast the buffets managed to stay replenished. For what you pay you cannot fault the facilities. Would definitely consider going back with the grandchildren.

Very busy hotel with lots of children which you must be aware of otherwise can be quite a shock when you arrive. Didn't bother us through as we were in a quite room and spent all day on the beach which is amazing

We had a great stay. Great buffet. Lots of choices. Plenty of Spanish style food and not much British style which worked well for us. The hotel was friendly and we had a nice room with a great aspect looking south over the beach. The room was a little old-fashioned in style, but perfectly comfortable for our needs. Blankets were already provided in the room as the weather was not good. Room was cleaned every day and

Parking was a little sparse however, unless you paid daily. You needed to drive if you wanted to eat anywhere other than the hotel (only one restaurant we found that we could walk too which was quite expensive, unless you walked along the beach to Guardamar which takes about 45+mins.

Very big hotel located outside the city, in a small settlement. Wortha recommendation if you would prefear to stao outside the city and it's hustle. Nice, picturesque, big and calm beach located only 2 min walk from the hotel (direct entry, no street ect). Nice outdoor pool, kids pool and indoor jacuzzi. Varied breakfest.

We were staing in early May, and there were already quite a lot of people. Limited places in the breakfest room, loud disco till late, also in the middle of the week. I suppose that the hotel could be totally crowded in the middle of the summer season. Some breakfest products were rather low quality.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing and very clean. Will return again 😀

This is our second time to Playa Guardamar and we really enjoyed our holiday but didn’t enjoy the pool bar is closed for most of the day. If you require a drink of water/juice/ice cream you need to walk away up the stairs to the main bar. This is a massive inconvenience when you’re trying to enjoy a relaxing day by the pool. During our visit in June the spa/ indoor pool was closed and we assumed because of early season. However, after returning in August to find it’s still closed was very disappointing and this is not advertised.

The proximity to the beach. The room was a decent size with a nice balcony. Nice to have AC. A good choice if different food/menu each day. For a 3star hotel it offers a lot.

The walls are very thin and sound travelled. The food wasn’t always hot. However, there was a microwave available. You are a good 30/40 minute walk from the 2 nearby towns.

From room you can listen the sea waves by night. Confortable big beds, quality mattresses, two soft pillows per bed. Balconies with table and 2 chairs. All rooms with sea view. Nice quiet beach area, 1km walking distance to urban area, beautiful surroundings. Little indoor jacuzzi facility and 2 water jets. Children ball pool. Shops and hairdresser inside hotel. Good food variety, clean and lighty buffet restaurant. Also a variety for vegetarians. Virgin sand dunes beach around this hotel. Guardamar is between Torrevieja and Santa Pola, paradise.

The system makes no price difference between babies and children which is unfair because baby doesn't need extrabed neither restaurant. Gym is into a jacuzzi facility so all the hot and dumpy air and clore odor makes impossible to stay. Some food is too salty.

The Hotel was in a beautiful spot , next to the beach. The rooms were clean and big and all have a sea view. The food was fabulous. Went all inclusive. The food was predominantly Spanish but always included fresh fruit, pastries, salads etc if you did not want to try the local food. The staff were friendly, especially ANGEL in the bar who helped us with our Spanish!!! Overall a great hotel

The hotel is obviously a Spanish destination staff did not speak much English and all of the main activities were in Spanish. You could join in things like Petanque of course! The hotel is a good 30/45 mins walk to any other bars or cafes although there is a small corner shop adjacent . The times of meals are quite late...lunch finishing at 3.30pm and dinner starting at 8pm which may be too late for some, but I suppose this is usual for Spain. I think some non Spanish visitors may feel a little isolated here.

I liked the fact that the Beach was very close by and all the food was excellent and plenty of it. It's just a shame that the car parking isn't free as this would free up the occasional congestion on the road. The land opposite would be ideal for free parking especially as it was never been used on my many stays there!

The hotel and food was fine. Didn't use pool facilities. Peaceful location. Car parking facilities were good and secure and price was reasonable. On the whole a pleasant stay.

Beach was ok but the wasps were a nuisance. Not much you can do about it. Hotel a little remote from Guardemar which was about 20 to 30 mins walk but once you had got your bearings that wasn't too bad. We were only there for three days so difficult to comment any further. Not much here so good for people who want a rest.

Location into a long lonely dunes beach. Comfy beds. Silent fridge. Good bath, hot water well regulated. Plenty of clean towels Good AC and inner temperature. Buffet for breakfast was superb. Excellent dinner buffet. Fantastic views to the sea and to the sand dunes. Balcony with table and 2 chairs. Walking distance to Guardamar town. Short driving to La Mata area and Torrevieja city.

On the back of the West block the kitchen chimney smells too strong. Sometimes the lifts and rooms smelled of baked fish. The WC had no toilet brush. The gym is useless due to lack of ventilation and moisture from the indoor pool. Skip putting children under 2 years old during the processes of searching and booking, the system is bad configured and you'll be extra charged in spite babies don't pay.
