Location close to the Colon market and metro station, price, and competent staff - Marina from reception was extremely friendly and helpful and I hope she’s paid well :)

additional fee for cleaning but in general it was still cheaper than most hotels

The entrance of the building is beautiful and ancient. Self-check-in works perfectly and my friend and I were quite impressed with the machine used. The location is 10/10, close to the city centre! There are many bus stops around the area and tourist attractions as well. The bed was comfortable, and the WIFI worked perfectly. Overall, the room has the essentials for a short holiday with friends. We enjoyed our stay with Hi Valencia Canovas!

The bathroom was making weird noises every time we used the sink or flushing the toilet, sometimes it was annoying. The sink was a bit small for my preference. Furthermore, the walls are quite thin and the doors are old, and personally, the design is beautiful but they need some oil as we needed to push the doors hard to close them.

The accommodation has a central location, near the old town and just a minute's walk from the amazing Turia park. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The shared bathroom was always clean and available, and there was no crowding during my stay. Check-in was super easy using the self-service machine, which was especially helpful as I arrived late. Overall, the accommodation felt safe and had a good vibe.

The walls are thin, so you can hear conversations and everything that is happening outside the room. The room faces the street, and it might be noisy.

We liked the location, very close to all attractions. Also the self check-in system works great, we arrived late and checked in using the machine without any issues. We had all necessary things in the room - towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, kettle, TV.

The walls are very thin, we could hear every word from the corridor, nearby rooms and everything from the outside of hotel. So if you want to sleep late - it's not for you - garbage trucks outside at 06:00 AM, then cleaning ladies and reception talking at 08:00 AM. But if you are fine with waking up early - then you will have no issues at all.

Excellent location, close to the 'river' park and walking distance to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. Helpful instructions for private car parking closeby (recommend arranging in advance). Easy and friendly check in. Comfortable, clean and quiet room which generally met expectations for the accommodation price.

The room door appeared to have glass panels which have been painted (a small amount of light was transmitted through in the morning). Not an issue for the price point but a suggestion would be for these to be replaced with heavier, light and sound-proof doors for comfort of guests.

Basically everything was a little better than expected. I was worried about the auto check-in but a kindly lady came and helped me do it. I thought because it was relatively cheap that the room might be small or noisy or something, but not the case. I would give particular mention to the exceptionally comfortable bed. I have a few aches and pains related to not being a youngster (but living as if I am one) and a great mattress and pillows really help. Slept well and woke up refreshed. I booked a room with no bathroom and was pleased there were two toilet/showers on the floor for a small number of rooms (6-8?), so didn't experience any access issues. Also, very near that lovely "river park" too!

I was impressed by the automatic checking system and immediate support we got, when we needed it at 23o'clock. Everything worked smoothly. The bed was comfortable, there was an aircon and the location was very central and close to many interesting point of interests. Our room was very big, so we had enough space to store our bags and stuff.

The building is very old - despite the provider gave his/her best to modernize it as good as possible. Unfortunately the soundproof was not the best. You could hear the traffic outside and other guests inside the building. I would recommend installing double-glazed windows.

You sign in on your own and you have a lovely terrace view (depending on what floor you’re in… I believe I was in the 8th floor). Really nice cafes nearby

There weren’t many people working (if any) and your key card stops working after check out. I accidentally closed my door with my bag inside and my key card didnt work because it was just passed check out time. I couldn’t access my bag and no one was working there to help me. Thankfully someone who was cleaning let me in to grab my bag but it was a scare for a half hour.

The staff was very helpful. Location brilliant. Some rooms are spacious and have big windows. We could live our baggage after we checked out.

We got a very small room with a very small window. The room had a small window with bars on the outside. the window overlooked the outer courtyard, like an elevator. There was little air and light in this corridor. There are also air conditioners in this hallway. It felt like you were locked in a cage. we asked to change our room. And we changed the room to a large one with large windows. since it is a cent, it was very loud until two in the morning. Downstairs is a bar. But the location is very cool.

Very clean rooms and facilities. I chose it specifically for the late night check in, which went smoothly. The room was all I needed, comfy and clean, and WiFi was fast. Location was the best part, right next to the beautiful Valencian park and Old Town. The staff was very responsive to my queries.

There is no person on site 24h, but they do have an emergency helpline that is 24h. The view is a shaft that sadly has a bit of a smell - but not a problem if you open the windows for just a short while. Walls are very thin, so if you're near the bathroom, you will hear every movement, but personally I didn't mind the noise.
