the staff were absolutely fantastic. they were more than obliging to any of our requests as we had left a few things at home (razors, toothpaste etc). They also went out of their way to order us a taxi to the airport. Our flight was late on the day we were leaving but the staff allowed us shower and use the changing rooms and any other facilities after we had checked out. the hotel itself is spotless and the room is a very good size. we never ate in the restaurant but we had a few drinks in the bar which were tasty and reasonably priced. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable stay.

the pool is quite small and the A/C in the gym wasn’t working but didn’t really bother us

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, and it really smelt good, especially the toiletries. Members of the staff we interacted with were friendly and the breakfast was a good amount of options, too. We didn't get to taste the Japanese restaurant attached or swim in the pool, but it looked busy and some people that were passer by commented on how nice the food was in the restaurant. Location is about 15min walk to the city centre, getting a cab is right at the front and access to the beach was also very easy by bus being around the corner.

Nothing to not like, but I guess on a rainy day, walking to the city or convenience store for odd items is not easily accessible, but there are cabs around.

Amazing Hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. In walking distance to the old and new parts of the city, near the park and the shopping area. We visit the city almost every year, usually staying in Melia and last time in Palau de la Mar, but now I prefer that one for sure

The pool has space for no more than 15 visitors, and no rotation rules, so if the same 10/15 persons get sunbeds and stay hall day, no other visitors can use the pool, and that is not very correct. The reception staff needs to be more polite, and nice, to show more hospitality

Friendly staff, big, clean family room perfect for three of us and good amenities. Room at back meant it was quiet, though not much of a view. Was a great base for us to explore Valencia. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town and well situated for public transport. Pool was great - perfect for relaxing after a days sightseeing There are probably more central hotels to choose, but I doubt they would have such good sized rooms and hotel facilities, so we were happy with our choice! We did not eat in the hotel and walked instead to the restaurants in the centre. Nice bar though.

Large room with sofa was very comfortable. Pool small but never too busy. Good range of foods at breakfast. Spacious bathroom with nice toiletries and robes.

Location beside park was pleasant but decent walk to any bar or restaurant for eating out. I booked for 3 people (me, my husband and our son). When I arrived the hotel had only reservation details for adults and told me we’d have to pay extra for my son’s breakfast. Thankfully this was sorted out with the hotel but it wasn’t the best start.

Staff were polite, friendly and spoke English. Very central to tourist spots, Cathedral square, science and arts, oceanographic. We were moved to an accessible room, no fuss, no extra cost. Clean, comfortable, well stocked room. Huge thanks to Susanna and her team for making my stay perfect!

The pool is up 8 steep steps, so if you’re in a chair you won’t be able to access without help to go up. However, staff did offer to help me up. My partner helped me. I took it slow so had a lovely swim. However, I am not in a wheelchair. Pool is covered on the roof so nice and bright, clear and clean. There are rail steps to get in - no slope. Huge pool towels are available free of charge from the spa. Lovely swim once I was in! Do ask for help if you need it! They will help you!

Room was super clean and bed and pillows were very comfy All staff at reception were fantastic, very helpful and all spoke excellent English Breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts I ever had. Unfortuantely we didn't catch her name but she seemed to be the manager at breakfast (always took the room number) - she was always checking everything was clean and well stocked, her management and leadership trickled down to her staff who were amazing at making sure everything was impecaple!

Wifi kept dropping out which was a shame Spa did not include sauna, jacuzzi which in many hotels it does Pool was a little cold, woul dhave been nice warmer Shame the hotel restaurant is in a little section within the main entrance, food was excellent and waiter was so kind

Very well located for all the sights especially the Arts and Science complex. Very good selection for breakfast with very helpful and attentive staff and a special mention for the ladies in the Lobby Bar, especially Linda, who were great fun and really seemed to enjoy their job. Drinks were very good value for money. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly. We had a great time

We were very disappointed that despite it being 25 to 30 degrees, the swimming pool was covered over and the roof terrace wasn’t open. They were 2 facilities that we really were looking forward to using after a long, hot day of sightseeing. Had they been available, I would have scored the hotel 10!

Great Location. The long Turia park is directly in front and you can walk, run, cycle for miles. Short Taxi ride into the main old town area (walk will take 20mins) or short taxi ride to beach - all under 10Euros. This is a nice smart hotel catering for business and leisure folks. It is modern and up to date. Rooms are spacious and everything is well presented, immaculately clean and in great condition. Really nice and relaxing place. The staff throughout were very helpful and couldn't do more. Unfortunately we had a loud idiot in the next door room and the hotel moved us to a Junior suite and were very considerate. Breakfast will cater for everyone's needs - continental to English breakfast and the chefs can cook eggs how you want. This was a great 5 day extended weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and surrounding area.

A small point but the hotel has free wifi requiring you to sign up using personal information. This is now not a standard practice and I wish companies wouldn't do this. I have no idea where my data may end up.

It's very clean, good public transportation around. Pool is nice. Gym is average (pretty small). In a nutshell a good and clean 5* hotel with nice pool. Good value for money.

The fact that 2 of our group didn't attend as they got sick. The hotel was not willing to reduce the price at all or at least provide something like a compensation (for instance one day free breakfast). They didn't really take care, rather focused on the non-refundable booking. Indeed, it was non-refundable. Nevertheless, a lack of willingness to provide like a day of spa or one breakfast or whatever at least a kind way of NO would have been nice. I was lucky and got a room with park view. However, the others got a room with view to an ugly building. Not the worst but yeah..
