Beautiful rooms, we got adjoining rooms, 3 beds in one room for kids and big couples bed for us. It was great to have two bathrooms too, as 5 people is a small crowd. We were expecting one family room, we were very pleasantly surprised. SPA was great and great value, 80 minutes per circuit is plenty of time. We were eating out but restaurant and food looked great. Will try it next time. Location fantastic, just off the City of Art and Science. 3 massive shopping centers and many restaurants short walk from the hotel.

Breakfast not cheap but it is a buffet style so i guess you can eat all you want. Providing Valencia isn't cheap and eating out is expensive, price for breakfast isn't too much. Kids pay 50% anyway.

The room was so spacious and light, the bed was massive and very comfortable. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful. We found the hotel to be in a great location with lots of great restaurant/cafe options close by which were lots cheaper than in the old town. There's a shopping centre and el corte ingles over the road which were handy too. Transport links were good too although we opted to walk as much as we could, walking to the beach was doable, the old town required public transport or taxi in my opinion but trips were just a short distance so not very expensive to get there. Very handy for the science museum etc.

The pool area lacked sunbeds and seating for the number of people wanting to use it. There was plenty of space for more to be put out. The astro turf around the pool was an odd choice, it becomes saturated in water meaning you couldn't place your belongings there without them getting soaked. Some of the fixtures and fittings in the room were a little damaged/not up to the standard of 4 star hotel but not enough to stop us from returning!

I’ve stayed in the Primus a few times and keep going back. This time I ended up going alone after booking for 2 people and a beautiful girl at reception Paola was so nice and accommodating to me with my change of travel plans she helped me out and even asked me how I was the next day before leaving! Lovely staff member thank you so much Paola! Also it was so quiet, great views, great facilities as always.

I have no complaints about the primus. Only thing I would suggest to change is having the spa open on Tuesday and Wednesday. I arrived Tuesday and left Wednesday and couldn’t use it again unfortunately but hopefully next time

I had booked a room for 2 adults, 2 teens. Turned out they gave us 2 connecting rooms which I wasn't expecting, however, this worked out very well affording us more space and use of 2 bathrooms. The rooms are big. It was only 10 mins away from the port which was handy after our cruise. There is a car park below with lots of parking spaces for guests. I was pleasantly surprised by their nice water feature outside in the garden. The pool was a little smaller than expected but nice enough for a dip to cool down.

Nothing i didn't like. The gym and pool are quite small but not a deal breaker.

Convenient location of the hotel. Near the bus stop, Turia Park, Mercadona, El Corte Ingles. Friendly staff.Cleaning of the room, change of towels, snow-white bed linen was daily. Good Spa in the hotel.

The safe did not work, instead of saying that the master does not come on weekends, the reception reassured that he would come. We waited, the master did not come, we lost our time. Therefore, it would be better to immediately name the real time for solving this problem. Wi-fi in the room was constantly disconnected, and every time I had to enter the log and password again. A cobweb hung on the ceiling in the corner, for the entire time of our stay at the hotel it was never removed, although I left a note on the table with the word cobweb.

Our room was comfortable, clean & housekeeping staff were very efficient. Our room was regularly made up by the time we returned from breakfast. The bed was comfortable. There was a good choice of options at breakfast. Although it was a buffet-style breakfast the hot food was sufficiently hot for eating. This has not always been the case at previous hotels we had stayed. The breakfast was excellent value. The hotel was very quiet inside, though as we were visiting during the Fallas period there was external noise late into the night. This can only be expected during Fallas as the firework display in the Turia starts at 1.00am.

The window curtain in our room was just a couple of centimetres short in width so external light was present in the room all night. The bill for our stay was itemised by the day so we noticed the weekend rate was double that of other days. We felt this was a bit excessive. We would check daily rates more carefully in future.

The Primus was what we expected having only visited but not stayed in before (for a wedding) The room was very spacious and a nice view out the window Facilities were great too. We chose this hotel for its location mainly. We loved that is was right opposite a shopping mall, oceanographic and short walk to the beach. Perfect.

Staff weren’t nice at all, which we didn’t care for but some people value customer service or just being civil. They don’t provide irons or have any to even rent? They only do laundrette services. All the other hotels had irons as it’s a basic need for anyone travelling.

Very nice and clean hotel with great facilities. Excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the impressive Ciutat de las Arts. Many restaurants around. Outdoor pool is really appreciated in such a warm city as Valencia. Not very big but usually not overcrowded (I did not try in plain Summer) The Spa is great. It is worth paying 15 € for 90 minutes.

Some details should be improved. AC cannot be controlled from the room, only from reception. Not comfortable !! Wifi connection needs to update every time you come to the hotel. No wifi signal at the swimming pool. Check-in at 4 pm.

Had a fab weekend in Valencia, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant one night and food was delicious, The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though it is situated in a less historic area, it is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The hop on and hop off bus stop is directly across the road and a great way to see the city. Lovely pool and overall very nice stay

The bathroom misses the basics of earbuds, cotton wipes and a shower cap - the provided shower gel and body lotion are okay.

After a terrible first night as I was facing the main street, Calle Menorca and it was just too noisy (no double glazed windows), the hotel staff changed me to another room. This was a complete change as I could sleep peacefully.

The outdoor swimming pool seemed bigger on the picture then it was in reality. But I was not there, or in Valencia, for taking a bath in the swimming pool. Due to the high temperature, the swimming pool was crowded.
