This accommodation is in a building within easy reach of the City of Arts and a short taxi ride from the Valencia Airport. We stayed in a modern two bedroom flat, each bedroom with on suite bathroom. A good size living room/kitchen area with large fridge and dishwasher. There were cooking facilities in the flat and a Nespresso coffee machine. There were TVs in the main bedroom and in the living room with casting options for streaming Netflix, etc. There is also a small swimming pool and a gym on the top floor. Our flat had a small balcony with a nice view to a plaza (square) at the back and a table and chairs for eating/drinking al fresco. We spent most of the time out, walking and enjoying the sights. There are restaurants and cafes close by and a small Carrefour within 5 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our breakfast at the Dulce de Leche cafe in the mornings! The flats are cleaned every day and there were always staff in the reception area on the ground floor.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Valencia is now my favorite city in Spain!

Amazing aparthotel, located within short walk from Ciudad de las Ciencias but also within easy reach of the old town and beach. Rooms really spacious, comfortable, modern. Everything exactly as advertised. Perfect for a luxurious break in Valencia especially great if you are travelling with small children. Staff at the reception delightful.

- Swimming pool - water not heated, was ok with me but too cold for my wife and child. Pool itself really nice with great views. - Washing machine - additional cost, only one washing machine and dryer - No USB ports in the room - only able to charge appliances if you have a converter

We were positively surprised by the size of the apartment: living room / kitchen + two bedrooms with their own fully-equipped bathrooms. Perfect for 2+2 family with teenagers. The room was quiet, we had a back view with no car traffic. The whole building looks like freshly renovated, with a no-frills pleasant design. There are quite a few restaurants / cafes around and a shopping mall nearby. A few bus lines serve the area, one stops almost in front of the hotel. The cycling infrastructure is also very well developed.

- No clothes space at the room entrance, not even a coat hanger. Both bedrooms had (doorless) wardrobes but only good for hanging some shirts. - A/C is a bit tricky to use. Turns itself off when opening windows but doesn't automatically turn back on. - Valencia is not a small city, so the advertised "walking distance" might be quite a distance in reality. For example, it takes around 45min to walk to the city centre (or to the beach), so rather plan using the public transport or a car.

The apartment was excellent. It didn’t have an oven but did have a hob and microwave. Coffee pods were replaced every morning. Apartment was cleaned daily and bed sheets changed a couple of times during the stay. Staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Great location, number 19 bus stopped right outside the apartment building which brought you into town. The number 19 on the other side of the street brought you into the beach. The pool is quite small and can be busy at times but it was so good to be able to have a quick dip when the weather was so hot. There is a small gym which had everything you would need for a workout. Washing machine and dryer are available to use which was very handy. Would highly recommend staying here.

The pillow

Clean and spacious apartment, super comfortable beds. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was equidistant from the old town and beach and it was easy to get to both with the number 19 bus. Short walk to the Oceanographic etc which was convenient.

If you’re parking a car, the entrance is quite tricky to get through. We had a fairly big Skoda and managed it so it’s doable but tricky! There isn’t much nearby in the way of bars, restaurants but they were easy to get to with a little bit of research. The old town has plenty and we found a few little gems a short bus ride away.

Very helpful staff, great location for visiting the museum of Sciences and the Aquarium. We were in Valencia for the Davis Cup and walked back from the Pavillon San Louis every night. Good connection via the 19 bus to the center of town (15 min) or to the beach (5 min) with the bus stops right in front of the apartment or just across the street. Grocery shopping a 5 minute walk to the Consum. Good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity Clean, new-feeling apartment with lots of room (we had the 2-bedroom with terrace). Good quality toiletries and towels provided, hand held and "rain" showerheads. The room cleaning took place every day, and they even washed and put away the dishes. :) Nice touch. There is a pool on the roof, but we did not have time to try it...Next time? My family was more than comfortable and we look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful staff, and we could check in many hours before original check in time. Apartment was new and fresh, and well equipt. Housekeeping every day, and change of bed every third day. If we had any issues or question, the fantastic staff fixed it within minutes. A big shout out to Taira in the reception, always a ray of sunshine and a big smile. 3 big shoppingcenters in walking distance, and bus stop right outside the door. Many restaurants nearby, and a Carrefour express just around the corner. On lazy days, we had food delivered by just eat, without any problems. Great apartment for self household. Will gladly stay here again if we come back to Valencia.

Nothing to dislike at all.

Nice location with sufficient shops, restaurants and a wine bar. Great location to stay with kids or teenagers. We had the 70m2 appt which was very spacious and clean. The people at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. Easy to do laundry on the 1st floor. You can rent bikes at the property and they are readily available in the basement at a better price than the place across the road.

It looks like a very quiet area but there was quite some noise at night from racing cars and early in the morning from construction works. The pool is really a lot smaller than we thought and too shallow to swim. It might be good for toddlers only. We would have preferred a jacuzzi :)

The space in the apartment, the decor, and the terrace. Very comfortable beds. The coffee machine. The rooftop space, the gym. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The arts and sciences area was spectacular, and would recommend visiting the aquarium. We also walked to the old town (40 minutes) and beach (Playa de las Arenas - 40 minutes) so equidistant - a great location for seeing everything. Very efficient and friendly receptionists, great communication before/after stay also. We also knew what to expect from previous reviews in terms of extra bed etc.

The apartments are modern, clean and roomy and they are serviced every day by an excellent housekeeping team. There is a supermarket nearby and the reception is 24 hours and very helpful. The pool on the roof is unheated and the gym is good but small. Overall it felt like a luxury apartment experience, well staffed, clean and a safe neighborhood.

The apartments are located a bit out of the way for trips focused on the main sights of Valencia but perfect for the science park. The apartments were very safe apart from inadequate safety precautions around open bedroom window - its a floor to ceiling door that opens onto a half height perspex barrier - its unsafe for small children and as an adult I felt very unsure about it and stayed away from opening it .
