Close to the Oceanographic and shopping area. Excellent breakfast. Parking on the premise (16€). The lady coordinating the breakfast the morning of our stay was very efficient in spite of the large group that suddenly flooded the breakfast room.

I hated to see the black molds around the bath tub. The car noise from the street was loud when we opened the window so we had to close it and use the air conditioner.

Good location (half way to the city center and the Beach) the hotel is very clean (10/10), the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is not included in the price, the price of one breakfast is 17.6 Eur per person, which is a lot considering the quality of the breakfast they offer (the breakfast is too modest for the stated price). Also, on the common terrace of the hotel, which is available to guests, it is not allowed to bring food and drinks that were not ordered at the hotel. I didn't like that, because in the morning I want to drink coffee that I make myself, because I don't like their coffee, and there are no terraces in the rooms, so I would like to be able to drink it on the shared terrace.

Great location, easy to find and underground car parking available. Within walking distance of arts, science, ocean centre or 20 mins walk in opposite direction to beach. No 19 bus stop close by for station to visit old town or beach. We didn’t eat or have any drinks there as lots of great restaurants/bars in the area plus big shopping centre just a street away.

No water in our room on first night but dud get sorted after a few hours. No fault of the hotel but there was a domestic/fight with very loud shouting in the room next to ours at 3am for about an hour. Police were called so it settled down but we were then wide awake and couldn’t get back to sleep. Reception Compensated us with no charge for car parking.

Hotel is close to everything. You can walk to the Acqua Mall and really nice restaurantes. Oceanografic and the other attractions of the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias are also close enough to reach by walking. Also easy to take a bus to the beach or city center, bus stops are in front of the hotel, basically. The hotel staff is really nice! Regarding the room: comfortable bed, air conditioner working well, clean and cozy bedroom.

The downside for me were just: 1. The glass (and not lockable) bathroom door 2. The small and not smart TV But it was not a real problem, just pointing they could be better :)

The room was spacey and very nicely furnished. The location is very good, within walking distance to the beautiful Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you can get to the beach easily and quickly. Our highlight of the hotel was the breakfast, you get everything your heart desires and the staff is very friendly and constantly refills everything. Furthermore we could park our car in the hotels parking garage, so it was safely parked during our stay.

We did get a parking space so everything was good in the end, but it was a bit disconcerting that we could not get a definite confirmation in advance that a parking space was reserved for us. We received only positive encouragement that there is actually never a problem with too little parking space. The only thing to criticize for us was the air conditioning. You couldn't really regulate the temperature or the intensity respectively you could but we couldn't really feel a difference and it was pretty warm in the room.

It's the AC Marriott so there's a standard to be maintained, and so it is maintained, which for some is the better option that choosing a local hotel, which might turn disappointing upon closer inspection. It's clean and comfortable, the rooms are quite (double glazed, double windows), the restaurant serves quite OK food and drink, everything is ran in a professional manner and most importantly for me there is an underground garage, which makes parking your car secure.

The location is a bit out of the way and in a "not so nice" part of town near the port, so if you want to explore the city center it's not ideal, but on the other hand it's close to Calatrava's "City of Arts and Sciences", so this is the trade off that you need to make when booking - walking to the older parts of town takes 30 mins (or a 10 min Uber ride).

Staff were amazing, very helpful . The breakfast buffet was a delight. The staff constantly topped up with fresh produce and always were happy to answer any questions or help in any way .overall, all the staff at the hotel were excellent .

Not being able to adjust temperature in room. So, I wasn't able to sleep. My son, at one stage, slept on the floor to cool down. Eventually, I realised you could open the windows, and we opened so room would cool down. However, as it was above a main street. We closed them, eventually falling to sleep at 2am. A Shane as room was perfect other than that.

it was super clean and everyday Rocio was making my room nice and neat - she was super friendly as well! reception were super helpful and the hotel is very close to the Arts and Science buildings and 20-30 min from the beach. quite close by car to city center. room had anything you might need and the ac was nice and cool

very weird in Saturday night they locked the door so had to ring the bell for it also other than the bar there isn’t anything else there

Cool hotel for my purposes - I need a room for one week in this district. I had a room on the 9th floor with good view (not to the street). It was quite and temperature was comfortable without A/C. A/C also working but I didn't use it very often. It was very friendly personal on the reception, also I had late check-out without any problems. Thanks

Everything was fine

Really pleasant experience! The hotel was perfect for our needs - it is a very short walk to the City of Science and Arts and the Aquarium. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby. The bus connections are in front of the hotel. The room was well-appointed, quiet, and had a nice bathroom with a bathtub. Great breakfast!

Beds were a bit hard and pillows not so great. No coffee maker in the room.
