Beautiful gardens for relaxing with a book and a drink from the bar. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for access to both beach and centre. A fridge in the room was a welcome touch.

We know Valencia well so knew what to expect with the location which is to be accessible for everything but perhaps not the best neighbourhood for nice bars and restaurants if that’s what you seek. Rooms were basic compared to the setting but good enough for us. A double bed would have been better. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

We were pleasantly surprised how lovely the DWO was in person. In the middle of a city street lies a little tropical paradise hidden away. The room was amazing we loved its design, layout (so much build in storage space) the shower was incredible, bed was super comfy and the windows actually open all the way which is a plus since we like to sleep with the windows open. They gave us an iron for our clothes (bonus) and the coffee was lovely from the bar and rang of drinks. The staff were really nice and welcoming too and we met multiple staff over the 2 and a half days which was nice. Great value for money and great location too, was very quiet for its location.

We had no complaints for once it was perfect.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful and always fulfilled our requests (towels, iron, bicycles). Very good breakfast with option to eat outside in patio. Great option to rent bicycles directly at hotel. Very nice garden and space for chilling.

In my opinion, there were not enough towels (one big and one small). We would welcome more small towels, at least 2 per person. There was only 1 iron in the hotel that guests had to borrow and wait for. The hotel could have a bit more irons at its disposal.

Our twin room was large and with a generously proportioned en suite bathroom We enjoyed the landscaping at the from of the hotel; very pleasant to sit and relax in the evening the air conditioning and in room climate control worked well throughout our stay

Our In room safe would not function and could not be repaired by staff The lighting in our room could have been brighter . . a wall light behind the door dis not function The location of the hotel was rather further from the beach and city centre than we had anticipated from the reviews Our relaxed stroll walking time to the city was 45 minutes and to the beach 20-30 minutes

Great location, just a short walk to beach. Facilities good and staff very nice especially the bar/ restaurant staff Room was lovely too with nice bathroom, walkin shower. Beds were a bit rubbish and pillows not up to much. Room was a bit noisy with gate for underground parking.

No need to clean rooms everday, and price has gone up massively. And rubbish beds, didn't sleep too well at all at night.

1. I have to change a room, because of a maintenance work in my first room. First time happened to me, interesting but not very nice experience. Would be better to avoid this kind situations, it's troublesome for a customer. 2. Only one person administrating customers, but hotel is big - might be at least two persons dealing with clients

The staff, the breakfast, the hotel was completely refurbished since I stayed 5 years ago, exceptionally good hotel, would highly recommend,!!!

Breakfast was full buffet with good choice. Lots of drinks to choose from and nice sitting space outside. Service was quick. Very helpful front desk. Room was very spacious with good air con.

Internet was not too strong. We could not take anything we did not finish from breakfast.

Nice and clean place, right in the city center. Close to the beach and the old downtown as well. The ciudad de sciences is just a walking distance. The small garden at the entrance gives an extra flavor to the experience.

Wi-fi had some calibration issues that did not allow me to connect to my company's system remotely.

Nice hotel. The room was very comfortable. Nice bed. Very clean. Nice shower. Super WiFi. We even watched the Formula 1 race there. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel. There is an amazing "Portobello" bar in 2 min walk with nice coffee and amazing breakfast options.

The size of the room could be bigger) But it was a good price-quality balance.
