spacious and comfortable room . Comfortable bed . Room facility included an iron, tea and coffee making as well as the fridge. Lots of lighting options. Well configured storage space. The hotel aspect is on a wide modern street overlooking the Turia garden and Arts and Sciences area. The location is good for public transport and midway between town and beach, Restaurants bars cafes and supermarkets nearby. Near a metro station ( 5-10 mins walk )

Some noise from rooms above was audible in the small hours. Minor issues which were dealt with satisfactorily , Water temperature in the shower was not stable,

Staff were very friendly with excellent English. We requested a quiet room and were given this no problem. The room was a great size and a nice design, the bed was very comfortable (and HUGE) the linens were nice and the pillows were good. There was a black out blind which had electric control which was nice. Location is excellent in a safe area and can easy walk to the center in about 30 minutes, bus or taxi. There are a few places to eat near the hotel and a carrefour express a block away. There is a roof top bar with a lovely view.

Honestly this place was really great for the money we paid. I would like air-conditioning that could be at the temperature you like any time of year but appreciate this is not the convention in Spain. I take my own fan to get around this in winter as otherwise it can be too hot in the room when sleeping. The pool on roof terrace was closed at this time (this was sign posted in advance) it would have been nice if they could have opened the bar terrace to hotel guests in the day (even a small area) so you could enjoy the sun on the roof terrace)

Spacious room on the 7th floor with nice view, big double bed and working table with several plugs and a smart TV. Big bathroom with separate toilet and bidet, which is always appreciated. There was a sliding door separating the bathroom from the room which kept it quite as my room was across the elevator. I also enjoyed the bar-restaurant at the 10th floor with even better view, despite that it was a bit windy up there. The area was also nice with some nice restaurants around.

During the first night the shower phone was leaking, but I reported it and they fixed or changed it the next day. There was noise from the square where the hotel is located, but with earplugs the noise was eliminated. Also, the personnel at the reception were not flexible as I could not receive an invoice for the room service before I checked out (strange). At least I managed to pay, so that I don't wait the next day when I was checking out.

This modern hotel offers a great room and amenities. You can pay extra for a better view but we spent more time exploring than in the room. There is a cool rooftop bar and pool area that allows you to see all of the buildings across the street like the museums and aquarium. The rooftop fills up quickly but they were quick to find us a table. There is an amazing restaurant "Restaurante La Mar" that was recommended by the hotel staff and I cant say enough graet things about the food there. They have breakfast in the morning but we chose to eat a small café across the street.

Everything was great

Location was excellent for the Scientific and cultural area with the fabulous modern architecture, parkland, aquarium etc, but it is a bus or taxi journey from the old centre, though the bus service was just outside the hotel and taxis were always available outside and cheap compared to most of western Europe. Rooms were clean and well appointed and breakfast was excellent.

The pool is very small though suitable to cool down after a hot day. We found the staff almost reluctant to assist with booking tours and told us it was just best to get there by public transport (to St Joseph Caves) and to just turn up at the aquarium (mis summer season of high crowds). They did eventually book the aquarium and Science museum for us but as a result of poor advice we missed tickets to get in to St Joseph Caves.

Decent restaurant (very friendly service), great breakfast, comfortable bed. No noise from surrounding rooms. There was some noise from outside but this was due to all the fireworks at the last day of the Fallas (19/3). Can hardly be avoided in Valencia. The rooftop bar looked nice, but as I was in Valencia for work I chose not to spend time there.

The gym was a bit small and claustrophobic, maybe, but with a decent selection of barbells. After all, it was actually maybe better than the average four star hotel gym...

We love this hotel. It is possibly our favourite hotel in Spain. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful - they stop what they are doing to attend to guests. Breakfasts are wonderful with so much choice of freshly prepared food and drink. The hotel is directly opposite the City of arts and sciences. Spectacular architecture and plenty to do right on the doorstep. The beach is a 7 euro taxi ride away and has lots of restaurants and bars to coose from. The rooftop bar with its amazing views is a must. Everyone who comes into the bar for the first time heads straight for the terrace to take photos. I tried Agua de Valencia in the bar once I found out what it was. Gin, vodka, cava and orange juice. It was delicious. We had lunch in the restaurant and the apple pie was a dream. We'll be back for that alone. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Wifi is good and fuss free. This is an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. It works for us.

The hotel was busier than usual because it was a weekend, so the wait time for lifts was a little longer than we've had before but this was not a problem

We had a room with views over the city of arts and sciences. At the of the corridor was a lovely sitting area, perfect for a quiet read while husband snores a siesta. The rooftop bar is excellent. A really spectacular place to be and some good cocktails are available. The room has a kettle and coffee and tea making facilities. There is an iron and ironing board. Wifi is good and fuss-free. Breakfast is outstanding and the best we've had anywhere. Think of what you'd like for breakfast and it's there. The hotel is well supplied with lifts. Parking is easy and reasonably priced for a city centre hotel. A taxi from the hotel to the old town was 7.50 euros and there always seems to be a taxi outside. The neighbourhood is pleasant and feels safe. Despite the traffic outside, the rooms are so well insulated that you hardly hear it. We had a rainy day during our break, but it was a perfect opportunity to visit the Science museum across the river. We found a great steakhouse just around the corner - Meson Rey Jaime. Wonderful steaks and friendly staff. What really makes the hotel outstanding is the staff who really make you feel welcome. We'll be back!

Online check in didn't work but normal check in was quick and easy Check out took longer than we liked, and there was only one receptionist for some of the time. It was peak time for checkout

Absolutely exceptional!! This hotel is in a fantastic location, great views (especially from the rooftop bar) and the staff cannot do enough to help you. We were incredibly impressed with their attentiveness, the facilities on offer, and the overall high level of service they demonstrated throughout our visit. A special mention to Pilar who was managing the rooftop bar and terrace, she went out of her way to ensure our entire group were well looked after. Regardless if it was romantic drinks just the two of us, or our entire group of 16 people, she always made sure we were taken care of, and we always had a great time! This kept us returning to the bar both before and after other pre-planned events! Definitely worth a visit if you are staying at this hotel! All in all the entire experience was exemplary! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Nothing - it was a great stay all around!

Room was superb - bed (albeit two single beds pushed together) was very comfortable - we only did breakfast once there as we found 14 euros each a tad pricey but good choice of food but as we are not being breakfast people would not have got value for money tbh but if you were going all out for it good i suppose. Hotel and staff very good

nothing tbh - the only thing perhaps they have stretched the description of a roof top pool a little - its an extra large bath tbh- its good but hardly a pool.
