The apartment was very spacious and the climate control worked very well

The beds were not overly comfortable

Valencia is a fantastic city to visit. The central location & size of the apartment. The underground car park being close by. The table & chairs on the balcony (over the street). The size & comfort of the bed. Fitted kitchen including dishwasher.

The keysafe buttons were very difficult to get to engage (& not double engage) -took maybe 10 attempts to get into the safe which was a bit stressful! The area of the apartment & parking is now in a restricted zone for cars making the drive a little complicated - but the host gave us clear instructions. We had a problem with the kettle tripling the electrics, the host got us a replacement kettle the same day but this didn’t fix the issue.

Location is excellent - in the old town, a 2 minute walk from the Mercat Central. The apartment is basic, but has all required facilities. It is also a quiet building, despite its central location.

I was greeted by an overpowering smell from those nasty air freshener sticks, on arrival, which required opening all doors and windows to dissipate (these were probably remaining after the summer sewer smell which prevails in the city). This is only a minor thing though - the offending air fresheners were stuffed in a cupboard for the remainder of my stay.

Checked in early, which was really helpful.The apartment is a great size and nicely located. The staff were very helpful and quick to resolve an issue with the lock. The double aspect balconies in the bedroom and throughout the flat are fabulous. The sofa bed was large and comfy. Nice powerful shower and lots of hot water. The location was a minute walk to the mercado and main squares.. Great value, would recommend.

The square can get noise from passing people at night. The kitchen needs more cups (mugs) pls as only one so insufficient. Didnt locate a plug for the bath.

On our arrival, I received a message with all the information to collect my keys. The check-in was planned for 4 pm and we were lucky enough to get the keys at 11.30 am instead as we arrived in Valencia very early. The flat is very big with all the comfort needed (washing machine, dishwasher, plates, glasses, towels, etc.). The location is central and convenient to visit the city as everything is within walking distance. To go to the beaches instead there are different transport like buses, metro or even the option to rent a bike which is quite cheap (around 8/10€ per day). There is a Carrefour Express close to the flat which is great if you need to do last-minute grocery shopping. A few days after our arrival we also had the towels and bed sheets changed included in the service, I didn’t expect it and I was very surprised. Really appreciated. The overall experience was amazing and I couldn't recommend it more.

This apartment is in an excellent location in the city centre, central market just around the corner and on a fairly quiet street considering its central location. Communication with the host was excellent. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower was great. There were soaps, shampoo and a little pack for cleaning including dishwasher tablet, cloth, tea towel which were a lovely touch as you don't want to have to bring these things on a short city break.

I thought the price was on the high side as the apartment is slightly dated, however the price probably corresponds with the excellent location. There was a smell of sewerage coming up from the drains but I'd imagine this is a problem outside of the host's control and it did ease off during our stay. Overall I would recommend this accommodation for a short stay.

close to tourist sights. nice apartment. bathtub with shower but no tub stopper. they let me leave my luggage there for a few hours on my last day. Staff friendly once I found their office.

Very noisy in plaza de la Merced. trucks, etc park in plaza (it’s basically a parking lot), leave engines running while they unload. so noisy I had to close windows during the coolest part of the day. A/C in living room is a portable type unit but vents thru a hole cut in the window so can’t move it to bedroom. I didn’t initially realize there is an office in the building where you can talk to someone if you need anything (check in is all done on your own). No soap or other essentials like teabags, salt, pepper etc so have to start from scratch (some will not care about this, I did).

This was a great apartment and in the perfect location. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Just off the main plaza and easily reached from the north train station. It was a fully functional apartment, coffee maker, stove, fridge etc. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to others. Stairs or elevator also.

I liked everything about our stay here. Hard to find fault in this apartment.

The location is very good, very close to the market & not too far to walk to the station. The apartment is a good size for 2 people to stay There were footpath/roadworks that started drilling at 8.00am but that is temporary & can occur wherever you stay.

Communication with owners was poor. I wanted to know how to use the washing machine as instructions in Spanish (which unfortunately I do not speak) & I was not familiar with the type of machine. It took 2 days to find out, fortunately it was not an emergency. There was no tourist information in the apartment It would have been helpful to have supplied tea / coffee for at least 1 cup per person per day.

Perfect location in city center. Parking for 18 euros on the spot. Large enough with good air condition. You can feel the rythm of Valensia in the apartment.

For the first time in my life I was asked to take the garbage out of the apartment. Or else?
