Areas: It is about 10mins walk to Patacona beach or Malvarrosa beach. About 5mins to the supermarket. There is a bus stop 5mins away for bus n°99 which will get you to some parts of Valencia and to Biopark. Facilities: We had a studio as a have a toddler and the double room are not big enough for a baby cot. It was great to have a small kitchenette to prepare our toddler's milk and keep the water cold in the fridge. (August is so hot as a month). Air con is a plus in the hot weather. There is a launderette within the hotel which is practical for long stays. There is a pool table and and foosball table too. Staff : Reception and Housekeeping team are amazing. Always helpful and friendly! We were able to get into the room earlier as it was ready when we arrived - which was really useful with a toddler. And we could also do a late check out until 3pm for 40€ which gave us some spare time to get to the beach in the morning. Overall: Really like our stay and great value for money!

The bed is a bit too soft and thin but that's only my taste. It did not stop me from having a good night sleep! There is a swimming pool but it is quite small and quite deep. Also the water is quite cold as it is located in a shade area.

The room: The room was spotless and included a shower room and toilet room. The room included a large bed, a desk, a large wardrobe, and many places to store luggage. Everything worked perfectly, and there were plenty of plugs. The bed is very comfortable and I found the AC to work nicely. The hotel: The hotel is conveniently located near Playa de Patacona and there is a bus stop just seconds away from there. The bus takes you directly to the city of arts and sciences, the city centre, and the metro station. There is a huge terrace on the top of the building which let's you see the entirety of Valencia, which is fantastic. The breakfast was also decent and there was lots to choose from. Vending machines are also available. The staff: The staff were amazing from the first moments I arrived at 1 in the morning. They were above friendly and went above and beyond to help with any queries. The cleaners were also very friendly and respected my choice to not have my room serviced. If they saw me in the corridor, they would always offer me toilet paper and asked if I needed anything.

I had a flawless stay, but there were some small issues: - noise - there is lots of noise coming from the corridors especially during the day. If any happened outside in the courtyard, I will say that the staff were very quick to deal with it. - terrace - I went onto the terrace late one evening and there are no lights. I would recommend some as it was very dark up there!

- narrow and uncomfortable bed for two - 135 cm wide and too soft - missing drying rack and/or cord, anything to dry your wet clothes on - last morning we were supposed to get breakfast from 7AM, however this changed to 7:30 and we were not informed and thus did not get our breakfast last morning

The roof terrace was amazing. The reception staff I checked in with was very very nice.

The breakfast wasn't really good. They had scrambled eggs which were like made from some sort of instant powder, the bacon was most of the time not prepared properly, meaning that it was sometimes just sort of heated up but not baked, the sausages were awful, and all of the above was most of the time cold and not kept warm properly. But for the price I guess one must live with that and get nice lunch and dinner during the rest of the day.

Read a few mixed reviews on here but really enjoyed my stay. Reception staff were helpful on arrival and were able to check me in slightly early which was useful. Hotel was exceptionally clean, room was a good size and bed was comfortable enough (for the price paid). Shower had good pressure and temperature. Breakfast, despite being fairly basic quality foods, had a good selection from bacon, eggs, toast as well as pastries, cereals, fruit and meat, as well as tea/coffee/juices. Nothing to write home about but lots on offer. Very close to the beach which was great.

Not much - as I say if you're picky about food then you might stick your nose up at the quality of items in the breakfast. Some of the water pipes could be a bit noisy in the room though this seemed to be only during the day - no issues at night. It's quite far from the centre of the city but you can't really complain about the location since you can easily see this on the map!

the distance to city center is 40 min by bus. but connection is really good! just across the street you have all the bus routes you mostly need!

The location is perfect! The beach is literally 5 minutes away from the hotel. There is very good public transport to the city center. The hotel offers very good facilities for its class.

The architecture is very weird and if you don't explicitly book for a room with a view you won't get any. Looking at the inner yard means you're looking right into the neighbors rooms and they are looking right into yours. The only way to avoid this is to keep the drapes closed all the time and this is very unpleasant.

The breakfast was fresh every morning and nice tasty selection. The beach here is super long but the hotel is situated near a very lively part with restaurants and cool places.

The hotel has a great concept but it's not a typical hotel, it's more like a glorified University campus with facilities on every floor. It was the best value in the area but I feel it was overpriced.

There was a problem with the TV and the WiFi. Poor connection or no connection at all in certain time slots (probably when there were more users)
