the room was clean and comfy! there is a great restaurant option downstairs to have a dinner.

the location was slightly further for walking to the airport, taking a car is more recommended, especially with suitcases. the staff was not very helpful, didn't ask to carry suitcases, find a ride to airport..

Spotless throughout and great location, literally 3 minutes from departures at Bandaranaike Airport. There’s a brand new pool but hadn’t opened yet so good for future travellers. The aircon was ice cold and quiet and you get free tea and coffee and fresh bottled water each day. The staff were wonderful and kind. We got a TukTuk for just over £2 to Negombo Beach so it’s not isolated. Use the PickMe app when in Sri Lanka.

We couldn’t fault it to be honest. We’d read some reviews that were not good but they were from 2022 and the hotel has clearly spent some time and money on it.

Transfer from airport to the hotel could be better arranged. While the hotel confirmed through Booking Com to provide free pick-up from the airport, a flight delay derailed this arrangement and when I contacted the hotel I was old to find my own transport. The manager later told me that they only provide transport until 10.30pm which was not told to me in advance.It was next to impossible to get a taxi or an uber/pick-me ride as the drivers weren't keen on committing to a short ride. Better communication and flexibility of the hotels transport arrangements would help establishing it as a more dependable transit hotel.

Overall it a good place and near by the airport.

I asked them for an airport pick up but they didn't answer my request. And there was that option in the reservation.

The location was excellent for our early morning flight. The hotel sorted a (chargeable) shuttle bus to the airport. Didn't cost much. The rooms were large, had tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and supplied 2 small bottles of water. Beds were very comfortable. The restaurant food was very good and reasonable. The portions are large. Would definitely recommend as an airport hotel.

We choose the hotel for our last day stay in SriLank,that s why we prefered the location close to airport. Room was very clean. Air condition present

Hotel has its bar and restaurant but frankly we waited for regular pasta with tomato sauce about 1 hour and in the restaurant there were just us and one more table.I think if we did not questione them where is our meal we would still waiting for our pasta. REALLY POOR SERVISE Waiters did not really care about some servis.

Clean, comfy, big room, close to the airport. There are a handful of restaurants in the vicinity serving good food.

The staffs were a bit lost in communication. We asked for a kettle three times and it never arrived to the room. It’s like one guy informing the other guy to get the kettle and the other guy telling the third guy to get the kettle and in the end nobody did anything to get the job done.

the lady who checked us in was really lovely and let us check in a little early after two days of travelling to sri lanka which was so great! bed was super comfy and our room came with everything we needed; toiletries, tea and coffee etc. had a little restaurant and bar downstairs too.

would just say shower could do with a good clean on the glass and chrome but personally this didn’t bother me too much:)

Smiles from beginning to end. And to my surprise this is a much better place than I had anticipated. It’s a really good hotel, in my opinion it’s a five star. And totally conveniently located close to the airport. And theres a free shuttle service no less. Thank you Dirruchi, your smile competes with the sun. I’ve saved this place for the next time. Best!
