The hotel's personnel was super helpful and kind. We arrived early in the morning with small baby - they let us to check in without extra charge. Kids wanted to eat around 10 pm when kitchen was closed, but the staff made french fries. The pool was amaizing and the beach nearby although not suitible to swim, was great to walk and watch sunset. The rooms were good-sized, beds were comfortable and large. Amaizing seaview and ocean sounds all day long. Squirells and birds, even peacock in the garden Really close to the airport. Staff helped to manage transfers and tuk tuks

One room had great A/C , other- hard to control. Showers and toillets- clean, although need to be renewed. Some ants and mosquitos but it is hard to control, nothing unusual in Sri Lanka Keep in mind that credit card payments charged by 3% (ATM withdrawal around 2.7%)

We spent a short stop over afternoon at this property, rather than staying in the airport. It was perfect for a refreshing shower and dip in the pool. Plus a lovely meal before our late night departure. The staff are friendly and helpful and organised a driver to collect us from the airport and drop us back later on . The food from the restaurant was delicious.

The property is a little further than I expected it to be from the airport, however this wasn’t a problem. The building itself was slightly older in style but quite typical of the Sri Lankan buildings around the area. That Being said it was all clean and neat and tidy.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The food was exquisite, with a variety that catered to every palate. The service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met promptly and with a smile. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property, making it a comfortable and inviting place to relax. The breathtaking views from my room were the cherry on top, offering a picturesque backdrop morning and night. Security was also impressive, providing peace of mind. Overall, the value for the price exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to indulge in a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Nothing to complain about as services was exceptional.

A really nice pool with a deep and shallow section that was open long hours, a big garden , a pretty clean beach as for Negombo standards. A reasonable place for one night and wait for the airport, not longer.

Water in the bathroom stopped running at one point. There was literally no water in the shower at one point and it was lukewarm. The staff though tlreally polite kept messing up food orders and it took forever for food to arrive. They checked us in in. A different room than booked on booking. It is located far from the centre of Negombo and pick me up does not operate there.

My room's air conditioner broke down. I was given another room for the night and was moved into a room similar to my original booked room when it became vacant the next morning. No hassle, no problem. Super professional service. A clean beach and a strong sea breeze made for some very pleasant beach strolls. The roof top area at sunset was a perfect spot for a before dinner drink - see photo.

I have tried hard, but cannot recall anything that bothered me during my nine night stay!

This is truly an amazing place to stay. The pool was lovely, the food was brilliant, the apartment on the roof had spectacular views of the ocean and constant refreshing sea breezes day and night. But the best thing was the hospitable staff who happily provide for all of their guests' needs.

The pool was great. The beach was basically vacant except for locals fishing. Hans and his family that run/own the place are fantastic. Hans could not be more helpful. He went above and beyond. Don't expect a bunch of night life around there though. Very quiet and not many other hotels in the area. I basically stayed at the location the entire time.

We loved the pool, it was clean and there was also area for the kids to swim safely. Rooms were clean and the food in the restaurant was really tasty. The sunsets on the beach were perfect! <3

We had requested for an early check out and AirPort transfer but I think they forgot it. The door was locked when we came downstairs and we had to wake up Hans. Luckily we did catch our flight but it sure wasn’t a nice feeling to come downstairs and see the door locked and no one there.

The food was exceptional Sri Lankan inspired fine-dining. All meals were cooked super fresh. 20 minutes from the airport and they arranged airport pick up for $20. The hospitality was top notch, and the staff's constant warm smiles made us feel right at home. cleaned pool and well maintained Garden. We took a super friendly and professional boat and city tour with hotel.

Everything were good.

Basic clean rooms & bathrooms with comfortable beds. Well maintained pool with a few sun loungers. Basic breakfast served with a smile. Helpful and friendly hotelier and team of staff.

As a family of 4 we had two connecting rooms - which was great however, the children’s room was windowless, albeit spacious. The rooms had many mosquitoes which were impossible to catch due to high ceilings.
