Great location, couple of steps from the beach, close to the city. Early check in possible at the fair price, spacious rooms.

Family rooms have no see view, overseeing the street.

Spacious and clean rooms. Delicious ala carte dinner (but pricy). Great location on beach front. Clean beach. Nice swimming pool.

Didn't have a cloth rack in the room - a cupboard was there, but no where to put the used cloths and towels. Breakfast buffet food variation is a little inadequate. Bathroom amenities are inadequate - very small bottles like 20ml each. When shower gel was finished i asked for another, they said they'll bring but didnt. Master bed had two separate single mattresses creating a little space in between.. making it a bit uncomfortable.

We booked this hotel to end our stay in Sri Lanka. The beach facing room was amazing. So nice to hear the waves from the room. We watched the best sun set from the beach a few steps from the room. Location is fab. The room was huge. Pool was lovely. Just need some umbrellas as there’s not much shade around the pool. In the morning there is shade on the grassy areas. Staff are helpful and when the WiFi didn’t work from our room staff came straight away with a booster solved the issue.

It wasn’t the cleanest but overall the whole of Sri Lanka had this. It’s not the same standards as the Uk for cleanliness. We didn’t have any outdoor furniture outside our room.

Great location The pool was great - had a poolside room so that was awesome to just be able to walk out and be in the pool. Our daughter loved that she could night swim. Breakfast was good - a good selection. The room was massive! Love the ability to sit inside/outside for breakfast

Breakfast service was average - some waitstaff were unsure what to do. Beach area quite dirty…so put us off from hanging out there. Needs updating - it looks fancy from the outside. Needs paint and freshening up. Beds were old, creaky and need freshening up.

The hotel was perfect during my second visit to Sri Lanka. I really appreciated the hospitality I received from the Sri Lankan staff, especially the lady manager at the hotel. It was a peaceful place and I loved the room, which had a pleasant cinnamon scent. The hotel also had a pool and was located near the beach, which made my stay quite enjoyable. Even though I was traveling alone, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Negombo and looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay. You must check it out!

Hotel was right on the beach. There was a decent sized pool with a small number of sunbeds which you did not have to get up ridiculously early to reserve. The room was pretty basic but was a decent size and had an excellent view out onto the beach. Extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure you had a good stay. The breakfast was typical of the area, quite basic but all tastes are catered for and we always found something to eat.

The room was quite basic but is very reasonably priced and is perfect for a couple of nights stay.

Friendly and attentive staff particularly Greta. She made sure i was comfortable and asked after my needs everyday. Reception and restaurant staff were equally caring.

Mosquitoes, ants and flies everywhere. Air conditioning and multiple fans in the restaurant and reception areas would be good. I stayed in my air conditioned room most of the time to avoid the horrible pests! Came home with multiple bites . These creatures loved me!

I really liked the location, right next to the beach, there was a balcony with a view of the ocean and palm trees. A large swimming pool is cleaned early in the morning, and there is a nice green hotel territory. We arrived at 2 a.m. in the middle of the night, we were met and checked in without any problems. In the room there was a mosquito fumigator, towels, soap accessories and drinking water for every one of us. And very clean. Highly recommended!

The door to the toilet/shower didn't close until the end, there were five of us and it was slightly uncomfortable.

Unfortunately there's a night club Next door so if you're there on Friday or Saturday you might hear music till after 1 am ... it's quiet on other days and you just hear the sea waves. The hotel is a bit run down, could do with a fresh coat of paint and air freshener - musty smell in the room .

Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The property offered a very calm and quiet environment to relax. Added to the advantage was the Food, which was delicious. Request for a cake was done within limited time but the cake was super delicious too.

Nothing to dislike. Maybe it could have been touched up a bit but nothing unsightly. It was a superb stay.
