Tidy,silent and cozy place. It's easy to reach with public transport. The room size and configuration is perfect, you can cook everything you want in your well equiped kitchen. Some info about transportation; first of all you should buy a public transport card at airport ticket office(1,3 or 7 days up to your visit of Stockholm). You can use all public transportation with this card(busses,metro,commuter train, etc. ). The cheapest way to reach the hotel you can use Bus no 579 first (from Arlanda Airport to Märsta, about 15 minutes), then use Commuter Train (from Märsta to Central Station, about 45 minutes), then use Bus no 1 or 76 (from Central Station to Biz Apertment, about 20 minutes). Also you use Arlanda Express and ruote buses from airport to central station with a little bit higher prices. You can find good restaurants and markets around the hotel but also to reach to city center very easy and comfortable with public transport. Thanks for all...

The room was truly nice - very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. We found the location convenient for our purpose, with two bus stops pretty close and a metro station a bit further away. In general, we truly enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

All in all, the breakfast was pretty good and included some vegan options but when we asked about that, the staff didn't seem quite sure what vegan was. Also, we genuinely appreciated the eco-friendly solutions employed by the hotel; however, garbage separation could be made easier for guests.

- The apartment was nicely furnished, modern and very practical, had everything you could need (TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, towels, etc) - It is definitely worth getting the breakfast, it was really complete and offered all different options to choose from - Staff was super friendly and helpful! We had ordered take-away, and it wasn't a problem to get it delivered at the reception and get notified of it - Beds were super comfortable, definitely a must-have after sightseeing all day - Check-in and out times are very convenient, as well

- The distance to the center, but this was easily doable by public transport. It doesn't take longer than 20 minutes with buses you can pretty much take across the street, or by metro, which you can reach in 10 minutes on foot.

Well - three members of a family were coming to support another family member running in the marathon - so I was not considering it a 'romantic place to stay'. Apartment was excellent for 3 of us. We didn't try the breakfast as we were happy to cater for ourselves. Very bright and spacious. Very good location - easy walk to Gardet T/ban. Also nice walk down to Skansen over footbridge. Kitchen totally suitable to our needs for a short stay. They were particularly accommodating in ensuring there was someone at the desk after we had had a particularly bad flight (cancelled!) resulting in a 2.30 am arrival. We could contact them easily on the phone.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you want both the independence of staying in your own apartment with kitchen, but also having reception staff on hand in case of any problems. Our 1 bedroom apartment was huge (much bigger than I expected from the photos) and very clean. There are shared laundry facilities available to use for free. Whilst we ate in our apartment on most days, we had 2 breakfasts in the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. A lovely buffet and gluten free options. The location was great for us (we stayed near family who live on the same street) but for someone visiting who wants to be near the city's main attractions, be aware that this area is quiet as more residential. However, the apartment is a short (5-10mins) walk from the subway, and there are buses even closer by, so it's very convenient for getting into the city. It is also close the ferry terminal. Overall we had a great stay and would love to stay again!

The hotel apartment isn't exactly cheap but this is true for most hotels in Stockholm.

Awesome apartment Good sized bathroom Good kitchen however only had basic cooking utensils Great laundry! We rented it out for 100SEK and had exclusive access to 2x washing machines, one dryer and one active drying rack for 3hrs (BYO washing liquid or buy onsite)

We stayed for 4 nights however only had 2 dishwasher tablets - would have been nice to have a bit more Location is not super central - however is very close to a bus route taking you into town and a couple of km's away from the Gardet metro station

- Quiet area and rooms; - Connection with public transport; - Clean and spacious rooms; - Comfortable beds;

- In both apartments we booked the hood was not working; - In one apartment the climate unit didn’t work and it was really cold inside; - On Booking it is mentioned that the large apartment has an extendable sofa (sofa bed). This is not true… It wasn’t necessary for any third person. Our parents are not sleeping together because our father is snoring. When we have mentioned the problem at the reception they said we can have for extra money an extendable bed. Please modify the apartment description and mention that you have sofa, not sofa bed. (probably only a kid is able to sleep in it)

The personnel was really nice and helpful. We booked an apartment for 3 adults and were really positively surprised how spacious it was - one seperate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and a place to sit - apart from that, there was an open living room with kitchenette (perfectly equipped), corner sofa, table for 4 people and a camp bed. All in all the decor/amenities were little bit dated but clean and decent. What we really liked apart from the apartment was a wide variety of choice during breakfast- from fruits and veggies, cheese, few kinds of meat, eggs and sweets to lots of gluten free products. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the place for everyone!

The view from the room was poor - ovelooking the roof of the lower floor.

The apartment was great value for money considering the location close to Stockholm center as well as beautiful green spaces. It was spacious by European standards, modern, very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

Arranging for an early check in was difficult and very expensive. It's understandable that the property can't guarantee an early check-in in case they become fully booked the night before at the last minute. But then charging a high fee per hour of early check in for a room that is just standing empty and that was already cleaned seemed unnecessary.

I really liked the location and proximity to the bus station and restaurants. The room was very good and super clean. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was big and comfortable as well. The kitchen had everything you need and there was a gym and a grocery store next the hotel where you could use a discount as a guest of Biz.

-They could have some welcoming coffee or tea in the room...or a little bar somewhere in the floor so you could buy something to drink or eat at least. - I found the breakfast a little bit expensive for that variety of foods they offered but it was really delicious. - I would like a little brighter room.
