Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel is very central and in an ideal location. It has a cosy bar area and offers a good selection of drinks. Clarion Group are unusual in that a two course dinner is included in the price and is good value. Breakfast and dinner are very good quality with home made bread and food prepared in the kitchen and I think most guests appreciated this being on offer in central Stockholm. Beds are very comfortable and room layout is very well thought out. We stayed a week and there was sufficient space for our clothes which is unusual for a city hotel.

Pillows were too soft. Doors are weighted and lift is very small (not unusual in Stockholm). Would probably not be suitable for a disabled person.

Friendly staff, cosy feel, nice location

Rooms are a little tired (at least the dog friendly room we stayed in was). Also, Clarion Collection hotels never offer anything decent for vegetarians (let alone vegans). I don’t understand why they can’t cook a few veggie burgers or cauliflowers for the veggies! You have to ask the chef for something and he fries some horrible, miserable looking vegetable burgers.

Everything. The Suite was exceptional with a huge balcony overlooking street views. Living room and bedroom both had doors to the balcony and rooms were tastefully decorated. Breakfast and dinner were very good (we have never had a hotel that included 2 meals) and the pastries and coffee every afternoon were an unexpected treat. The staff did everything possible to make our stay wonderful.

Calm location, delicious breakfast, clean bedroom and large bathroom. Good place to stay!

Poor dinners. Last day there was just a salad with broccoli (from the previous day) and pasta with broccoli and no soup or other choices. So for those, who don't eat broccoli (me and my boyfriend), it was very uncomfortable situation. I did not expect this kind of food in a 4* hotel. Especially if the Hotel Clarion promises soup and salad bar on the website.

Free breakfast & dinner; late afternoon snacks & beverages.

Room cleaning during multiple-day stay required night-before request. Would prefer that it be done daily without any request.

Very copious and varied breakfast hot and cold dishes plus Scandinavian specialities. Extraordinary range of breads Inc gluten free. .

Coffee a bit thin but then it's,free all day long

One of the best I have stayed in. Very clean, quiet and convenient location. Must not forget to mention the fantastic breakfast and the dinner. Overall very pleased.

Nothing really

The hotel location is superb. The facility was a surprise given the brand. Hotel is a converted house in the middle of the city, not too many rooms. We expected some ""Grand Hotel"... The reception is part of the bar/breakfast area. Breakfast was good but odd in one respect - they DISABLED the Cappucino part of the coffee machine (staff explanation - chain policy??) . Free dinner was minimal but acceptable. Night staffing was underpowered. The poor guy tried to do reception, answer questions, prepare the dinner and serve drinks all by himself. I give him credit for great effort to keep everyone happy. I wish I had some people like him in our workplace... Our room was smallish. We set in, but the TV refused to work, even after they tried. Not acceptable during Euro football games. So, he transferred us to the other available room, that was MUCH larger - a day and night difference to the hotel experience. This room made our 2 night stay highly enjoyable.

Parking is quirky The hotel has ample parking in a garage around the corner. However, every time you want to come out or in, you need to loan the passkey from the hotel reception, and return it after you come in or out... So lots of back and forth. This is not terribly convenient. If it is only once - not the end of the world.

The friendly staff, the excellent location, the whole environment, the district were equally great.

The shower cabin could be bigger. The ugly building on the OTHER side of the street, in front of my window was a disappointing sight. (The inner court is better.) 😉

Friendly staff. Very good food and nearly all inclusive. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. A quiet location but still lots of activities within walking distance.
