As soon as we checked in, I knew that we were going to have a good stay! The Hotel is situated to the side of the ABBA museum which was the main reason we wanted to stay there. The Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and my daughter especially liked the Swedish cinnamon toast. The beds were super comfy and we both slept really well. The bathroom (although small and compact) was very clean and the shower was good. We had our towels changed every day. The reception staff were super friendly and answered all our questions on local restaurants and how to get about. The location was excellent. A tram/bus stop was right outside (No. 7) and this took us straight to the Central train station in the centre of Stockholm (took about 15 minutes). Our room was very retro and had everything we needed.

We booked to see Mamma Mia the Party so the hotel was in the perfect location for this. We booked the afternoon show so I put in a request to get into our room before 15:00. The receptionist was great about this and said our room was ready. She was fantastic, very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, it was great that you has to order the hot food and fruit, which meant it was cooked food was hot and the fruit wa fresh. also good variety of cold dishes and the freshly prepared fruit juices where so good. Checking out was simple and quick and as we had booked the Abba Museum the same receptionist fixed it for us to leave our overnight bag in a secure place.

The only thing I can think of whilst there was avast array of alternatives to milk , the only option for milk we could see was Lactose Free skimmed milk. It would have been good to have some Semi-skimmed milk.

What a wonderful gem! The rooms are tastefully decorated and have almost everything you need. The hotel is perfectly located to get anywhere around town! Public transportation adjacent to the premises and within walking distance to most museums, some bars and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend trying Backstage Hotel next time you stay in town. Also - the breakfast menu / buffet was simply amazing and very special - they offered a fresh and delicious variety of options.

What you can expect: an extremely clean hotel, perfect size rooms, wide range of varieties at breakfast, an atmospheric restaurant, excellent location.

Most of the staff members were beyond great, very welcoming and professional, but some of them were absolutely careless to say the least. The experience during breakfast was very different based on the personnel. Their tones, facial expressions, body languages made some mornings wonderful, some mornings were just not a great start.

One of the best night's sleep I have had in a hotel. Super comfortable bed with soft pillows and blankets that provided perfect warmth for the room temperature. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast à la carte provides nice selection of breakfast dishes in addition to regular buffet. Location is very good with museums in close distance. Calm surroundings in evening. Very convenient for public transportation.

Restaurant staff who served breakfast seemed a bit moody, especially at the last day. In addition to emotionless interaction, the lady interrupted me while eating just to lean over my plate to take away two other plates and glass that we put aside on top of each other. It’s fine to take away empty plates if it doesn’t interfere with me, but why interrupt me while I’m eating.

Staff is amazing. You feel as if they know you! Upgraded room in the old building is fabulous with loads of amenities. We were able to extend our stay a day even though Taylor Swift was in town! Breakfast was huge and delicious!

Not the fault of staff at all but the inflated price for the Swifties was a bit much. We were however able to get a room for the extra night although a down grade for the same price as our fabulous room. Even the downgraded room had many amenities and was wonderful.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are pretty large. The bathroom was very large. haha. The hotel is clean and easy to navigate. There is a tram stop right outside that goes straight into Central. Very convenient. Highly recommend you get breakfast included, its an easy start to the day. Note the hotel is attached to the ABBA Museum and you get discounted entry. It is also across the street from a theme park - which is currently closed but when open I imagine would create some fun light shows.

There is no common meeting areas. My friends and I were all staying in different rooms and sometimes it was a struggle to find someone where to meet and play board games at night that wouldn't distract from other patrons in the bar or restaurant.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!! Located in a prime spot with easy access to both the tram and ferry, this hotel made exploring the city very easy. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its spacious and cool design. The attention to detail was evident, and the room exuded a sense of luxury and comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the super comfortable bed. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! I just didn’t want to leave it :) The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel very welcome. Now, let's talk about the breakfast buffet, which was nothing short of amazing!!! The variety of options available was impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Everything was just so stylish, tasteful, relaxed… I didn’t know where to start. It’s really rare to get something like that. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The convenient location, spacious modern room, super comfortable bed, friendly staff, and the amazing breakfast buffet made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again on my next Stockholm visit!

New clean nice rooms and the hotel, location is just closest to Grona Lund and from the abba museum you just the lift to the lobby back. Nice walking around and restaurants around. Tram Station just opposite the hotel. You need to be aware of the noise around because of the location of the hotel, for us it was just perfect to cover our destinations

Somehow was not possible for the team to place our double booking into a connecting room whereas one of them was like this. The hotel sends you offers before arrival to opt in for higher floor or something else - don’t do it, the hotel has just few floors so you gain nothing and this practice is a bit cheating after money - really unnecessary for this hotel
