I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Stockholm, especially if visiting the Skansen area and especially at Christmastime! As soon as we stepped inside the hotel it was like a Swedish Christmas fairytale with wonderful decorations. The staff was exceptionally kind to store our luggage and deliver to our room when it was ready. The hotel is less than a minute from the bus stop, the bus was never busy and took us to the central station in less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was one of the best parts as it was beautifully decorated, had a great view of the lake and property, and the food was delicious. I'd stay here again just for the Swedish pancakes! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

I wish we could've stayed longer than two nights!

Beautiful nordic style rooms, modern clean bathroom with daylight, comfy beds, working AC unit, filled minibar... lovely surroundings with a short walk to the city center. Also they rent out bikes for free (first come, first serve for the day).

The music from the bar/restaurant was a bit too loud, especially with the windows of the rooms facing the open bar area. Fortunately they did close down at 11pm. But after along day of traveling, I would have loved a bit less bass in my room.

Close enough to the city, but far away to feel relaxing. A proverbial stone-throw away from "Embassy Residence Row", which was a delight to walk past on the way to town. Loved the old world charm of the Hotel. Took me back to happy young days.

Scandi hotels can perhaps explore a coffee and tea station in the rooms. Appears to be a general exclusion.

Staff are super friendly and solicitous. Beautiful pastoral setting on water not far from historic Stockholm. Indoor/outdoor dining options.

Our only complaint is the usual about European hotel rooms generally: insufficient space and storage to unpack our suitcases.

It was like a resort near a lake and park. The hotel uses brand name toiletries. Breakfast was excellent and view was beautiful! I wish we could stay longer. I will come to stay here again.

We need to take a bus to Old Town but it was our choice to stay near the cruise port and the bus stop is just outside the hotel.

The hotel is in a really beautiful location and is very quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were really nice with plenty of choice. We got a travel pass and used it to get the bus into the city each day. There is bus every 10 minutes expect on Sundays when they are less frequent.

There was very little storage room (i.e. cupboards, drawers) in the bedroom. I found the bed hard but my wife found it very comfortable.

It was very comfortable and in just the right location. Once engaged, the staff were friendly and helpful.

You had to engage the staff. Their assistance was never offered even when it was clear you were waiting. It was also overpriced, especially for the indifferent food.

I loved the seating area outside, it made it all so relaxing. I loved the lake nearby and the museums. The breakfast was wonderful.

The restaurant onsite only had limited choice and was very expensive.

Park like setting along the river. Plenty of chairs to relax while having a snack and drink outside. Great for bird watching. Easy walk to museums. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Everything about our stay was great.

Great breakfast, kind staff, clean spacious rooms, lovely bathroom with really nice soaps and shampoo etc. Quiet. Next to the water. Short walk to town.

I liked everything, would prefer feather pillows but wasn't an issue.
