The rooms were spacious enough so you could feel comfortable, there were a lot of amenities that were available like tea and coffee, shower gel and tissues.

There wasn't any cleaning done in a whole week of stay and it didn't state anywhere that it should be requested. This could be highlighted during the check-in

The location was great, not quite near the center but you had transportation so it was okay. The room and bathroom were spacious; the cleaning crew went every day to our room but only for basic cleaning like towels but the dust was still on the table. The breakfast was very good - you had a lot of options including vegan food.

The only thing that bothered me a lot was the temperature of the room because we are from the south and for us 20 degrees census is very low - we could not turn the temperature higher because the room was not designed to have a change in the temperature.

The room is very tidy, the breakfast has a great variety of food, the location is not very close to the centre - we usually took the metro to the Gullmarsplan station from the city centre and then transfer to a bus to the hotel. It took about 30 mins in total. But as this hotel is located in a residential area, it is surrounded by a lot of nice restaurants, cafes and supermarkets - like Coop, where you can get some cheap souvenirs for friends / family members.

The hotel's TV doesn't support the Netflix, which is a bit inconvenient to kill time in the late evening. But they have other channels such as Youtube and Disney, so it is still ok if you really want to watch something.

We had a very nice stay at Park Inn Hotel in Stockholm! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, quiet, well equiped and had a fantastic view! The beds were comfortable and it was possible to darken the room during the night with very good, heavy curtains. Breakfast was wonderful, with many different options to choose from. The neighborhood is great to go for a walk/having casual dinner in one of the many restaurants around. (Our favorite was the Swedish one right on the corner, on the water front.) We would definitely come back again!

This was an excellent experience. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The room was really well organised, sufficient space for the entire family. Nice view of the hill in front. Several playgrounds in the area. Even though the hotel is close to the highway the room was well isolated. The food was really good - both breakfast and takeaway from the restaurant. In terms of location, there are several options to reach the city center: tram, bus - link metro, ferry. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Given the prices in Stockholm, the costs were quite decent. We will definitely recommend it! And a big THANK YOU from our side!

Zero issues. It was a great experience.

Great location just a short train and tram ride from the centre. Lovely clean and pleasant neighbourhood with lots of shops and family restaurants, great getting the boat to the centre from the near by ferry dock. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful on all occasions and big thank you to the breakfast staff member who found us take out boxes at 630am for our home bound journey. The room over looked the ski slope which was of much interest to our 8 year old and had a fun window seat area plus comfortable beds, ample towels and good toiletries. Whilst not as large, we liked this hotel a lot more than the Park Inn Belgium station where we stayed last month. A great stay made better by a lovely location and great staff. The local Asian Fusion restaurant was great and served huge portions for good value too.

Rooms slighly too warm but normally expected in a large hotel!

Room was clean. View from the windows was nice. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The staff was helpful (I was able to prolong my stay by 30 mins with no problem).

There was nothing which I was really dislike. Two times my card was not working but I asked at the reception to re-activate it again and they did it immediately. At the first time, the communicaton can be a bit challenging - usually metro 17/18/19 - GREEN and then a tram number 30 but on the second day it was much easier and we were able to arrive Gamla Stan quickly.

I had a great experience. In the pros I can say that the staff was very kind and helpful when answering questions. The breakfast buffet is awesome, plentiful and very tasty. Location of the hotel is great as it is a 2 minute walk from the nearest tram station. It is at the end of Hammarby allé which is full of convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The location of the hotel is ideal since is quite close to commerce but far away enough that is not disturbed by busy street noises.

Maybe the location is not that centric but given the price I would say it has a great value balance. Might warn other travelers that bathroom floor configuration is not usual as shower shares floor with rest of bathroom. Personally that is not an issue for me but others might be surprised.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast selection. Pleasant area with some good restaurants nearby, such as Goteborg. Good base to explore the city and get to the ferries to go to the islands.

First problem not the hotel's fault - the tram line is closed and Google Maps had us walk 1.5km from the train station to reach it. There is a replacement bus but it's not immediately obvious in the station. Second was that we'd requested a twin room but got allocated a double. The receptionist sorted it out without issue but we didn't realise until we got to the first room.

Great size room. Reasonably noise proof as we heard very little from surrounding rooms for our stay. Lovely shower and good water pressure. Large Buffet breakfast available at property especially the pancakes at the weekend. Easy to access the city center and touristic areas on public transport.

Long wait on Sunday for the breakfast and mixed messages from the staff on reception on what was going on. Room was very warm and the thermostat didn't seem to do much to adjust the temperature.
