The facilities were top notch in a relatively newly developed and quiet area of Stockholm. The gym, workspace, lobby, rooftop, laundry room, etc. were impeccably clean and modern. The neighborhood is amazing, serene and family friendly with many supermarkets, restaurants, tram, and sea in the immediate area. Initially I thought this area would be a bit of an inconvenience to be in but ended up liking it better than Sodermalm. There are also free ferries nearby to commute you to other islands. Nice clientele; the other guests were civil and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Wifi wasn't all that great. It wasn't horrible, but serviceable. It felt a bit slow and didn't buffer 1080p videos immediately. Not a deal breaker but could have been better. Stayed 7 days but apparently that wasn't long enough to warrant a room cleaning, which I was told was only for long term stays. The vent in the room isn't able to shut off and blew 24/7. Mine blew cold air and couldn't be regulated although there's a thermostat on the wall that implies that it could be. Also, the vent made a slight whistling noise and I had to wear earplugs just to sleep. I was told it wasn't typical but by the time a mechanic could come fix it my stay was ending.

The Building is very modern with a nice little gym on the ground floor, neighborhood safe and clean filled with multiple restaurants, bars and shops, so the overall experience was pretty smooth! It's close to the Luma tram stop that brings you to the Gullmarsplan metro station in only 2 stops. The room was a studio, very small but fine for one person. I loved how comfortable the bed was!

Sometimes the room cleaning service wasn't the best. One time they just used some water on the floor without cleaning it first from dust, hair etc.. Also, the dishwasher wasn't starting because of something missing in it(?). Since I didn't really wanna use it I just cleaned my dishes by hand, but I think it's important to make sure that everything works fine before renting it.

Very nice concept and spaces, quite and beautiful location. Good price-quality relation for Stockholm. The gym was good for a hotel gym (and there are bigger gyms nearby). Many shops, restaurants and cafes in the area.

Several items in the kitchenette were broken and I had to ask to replace them. Cleaning could be better (for example, there was a thick layer of dust on the top of the cupboard where I put my suitcase, dust on the floor). Some basic cleaning equipment and a microwave would have been practical (there is an oven but no microwave). The staff was nice in general, although they didn’t seem very professional or coordinated.

Brand new and with an excellent vibe. Amazing shower heads. Room key as an app worked flawlessly. Speed of wifi was great, even for watching a movie. And the lunch was simply to die for!

Everything! The hotel is in a very convenient location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned well, the gym was well equipped and the Uwork area is also very good. I really enjoyed making use of the roof terrace and was happy that the room had cooking facilities so that I could prepare my own meals.

Nothing - absolutely brilliant hotel, I wish I didn't have to leave. I had one small incident where the cleaners accidentally forgot to clean my room, I spoke to reception and the issue was resolved promptly.

nice rooms, all needed facilities, microwave, fridge and smart tv. We also appreciate working space, but it is for extra price. very convenient for working even all day long. It has good office desks and chairs and meeting rooms. Staff are super nice and friendly! And also location is so great! We really enjoyed our stay💕

We were not very happy with laundry service. It goes through the app and often drying machines just stops working on first 3 minutes out of hour, even if all fluff filters are clean, and you need to pay extra again.

The stuff was super friendly and supportive. The check in was very fast. The rooms are small, but has everything you need. On breakfast was served a good options. Especially I was happy with butter and Swedish bread. Its sooo tasty. Amazing breakfast. Comfortable location, very fast access to the ferry or tram. Its a lot of restaurants around and two big supermarkets. The district is very beautiful. In the evening it's nice to go for a walk to the water.

The quality of the mattress. If you sleep on a hard mattress, please don't book this hotel. I had a problem, that the mattress was to soft and I woke up in the morning in very bad condition. The ergonomics of some room. We booked room for 2, but to be honest the location of the bed was like for 1 person. Maybe there are another rooms with better plan. Its better to ask before.

It’s Morden Buiding with great location. Neighbourhood is safe and there are two supermarkets where you can buy something to eat. Tram is close by and Metro station is 10 minutes walk. Room contain fridge and microwave but there should be electric cooker.

Breakfast is just by name. I think they should advertise as a coffee place. We stayed four nights, there was no housekeeping. I think they could do much better with better communication with guests. Maybe our expectation were different and property offer different services.

Location was in a nice and new neighborhood.. 5 min walk to embankment with nice walking path. Building is designed with comfortable rooms, Kitchen availability in the room is a plus. Personnel was friendly.

breakfast was so poor. 2 types of cheese, 2 types of ham cold boiled egg., few tomatoes and cucumbers and bread. No toaster, no bacon, sausage options, no omelette, no sweets, no fruits.. Very few vegan or vegetarian options, almost no lactose free options. Location is a little far from city. If you want sightseeing in center, you should figure the transport system before coming, as it will take around half hour to reach to center Room: Single queen bed was uncomfortable. Tv chromecast was not working. Sink is small. Bathroom is without floorheating. There are no bathrobes, slippers, iron provided.

Everything was really good, room was clean and we couldn't hear our neighbours at all, had everything in it as well. Breakfast was perfect and we were served even though we were past the time one day. Breakfast team is very friendly.

Barception team in the evening less welcoming but I guess it is because there wasn't anything to discuss. Online check in and out was very convenient but the virtual key was a hassle to work with, and always a bit stressful when battery level is low outside.
