I like this old style that they kept. It’s clean everywhere . Smells good . In general everything was good . Breakfast was very decent : croissants with chocolate , water melons , salami and eggs my fav. Sea view from the room and from the restaurant was amazing .

No air conditioning if you travel in July like us . Top floor rooms have no balcony’s whole floor below have . Pillows are not comfortable:(

We liked the location, and the room was clean, with a nice décoration. There was a balcony, which was a very pleasant surprise. The sea view was very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable.

It was 2 small beds put together, so it wasn't super romantic. Good for sleeping but not great for cuddling. The breakfast was not great. We went to a bakery afterwards to compensate.

Great views, good breakfast, comfortable rooms. The hotel is in a great location to relax on the peaceful island of Vaxholm, and close to the ferry terminal to travel into Stockholm (takes about 1 hour).

Our room was missing a Do Not Disturb sign, and the bathroom was a wet room rather than a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

In the wharf. Easily assessible to airport and Stockholm😅

I found $360 a bit much for one person in an attic room. Breakfast was fantastic; too bad they couldn’t set a table with a table cloth! So much partying down below that I couldn’t sleep until 2:00 am

Lovely location with fabulous views. On the waterfront and close to shops and restaurants. Good breakfasts and friendly helpful staff.

Rooms were a little cramped and lacked storage space

The staff and the people of Vaxholm are amazing, gentle, friendly people. A special mention about Eric at the hotel restaurant. He took extra effort to accommodate our vegan diet. This hotel can never let you down.

Well located in the best place of Waxholms

Having rooms at the fiesta floor (1xx).on saturday night is not à good idéal as it is just above the night club with music till 2 am !

Nice location, comfortable and cosy rooms! Good ambience and very nice staff!

Overall a good stay at a nice hotel, but a bit surprised that the breakfast did not live up to the high overall standard! Due to Covid no fresh cut fruits were available and the buffé did not have real butter, only small individually packed "boxes" of Becel margarine - which by no means can ever be a substitute for real butter or Bregott (also available in small "covid safe" individually packed "boxes"!)

Location is great, you can easily walk around Vaxholm. Room to the backyard was good - it was very silent.

Parking was complicated, there are places near the hotel for the night, but they are only for 2 hours at day, and you must move the car for the day to an other location. Guidance about the parking by the hotel was not clear, Vaxholm parking map is helpful, but not so easy to interpret if you don’t know the place.

Location and comfort. Wait I got staff in restaurant were great

Quite highly priced. Room was nice but hotel felt a little tired for the price
