We arrived in Stockholm by train walked about 1 minute to the bus stop which took us to the dock where we picked up a transit boat that took us to within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. It was a lovely relaxing way to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is located right next to the water. The staff at check in were excellent and the room was clean and the breakfast and breakfast staff were very good. They operated also a small onsite food kiosk and the staff there were also lovely and the food was good.

We do not have anything negative to say about our stay.

It has everything you need and is very welcoming. Great design and location right by the waterfront as well as great food for breakfast and in J restaurant. Free sauna and a lot of the hotel comes with sea view.

You need to come prepared to spend a bit more time getting places. It’s a great touch to be able to take the boat in to town but you will need to plan and keep an eye on time tables. Taxis and buses are available so this is definitely not a problem just something to consider.

Very nice location, on the sea, with beautiful view and fresh air. Good ways to walk around, like a small hiking. Sauna is a separate building, simple but very nice to swim in the baltic sea right after sauna. NIce restaurant J and bar at the hotel.

Breakfast is a little bit too poor for this hotel. The room is like not new and some staff would be great to upgrade, like deck was leaking water in bathroom after have rain in the night ). I would also prefer shower instead of bath. No water or any other complements in the room. Couch for kids was not really comfortable to sleep. So, ideally for staying in couples.

Amazing location, you can easily take ferries to see the main sights. Ferry 80 takes you to the island with all the museums (Skansen, Vasa etc) or Gamla Stan (very close to the last stop). We also took direct ferry 83 to Vaxholm. Lots of green space next to the hotel with amazing wildlife, we saw a sea otter swimming right next to the shore and my daughter loved watching wild geese with ducklings. Great breakfast in the beautiful old building, they also have a sauna and you can take a dip in the sea afterwards if you want. Staff was fantastic too, nothing was too much of a trouble.

Nothing, everything was amazing

It is a very nice old hotel on Nacka Beach, you see all the boats going to the city. We came by (rental) car, however you can easily reach the hotel by a boat from the city centre. The parking by the hotel is not free, but it is easily accessable by lift. We booked a room with a sea view, and it was worth it. The hosts are very friendly. The room is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is served in an old Swedish building on the shore. It is slightly narrow when all guests are taking their breakfast. However, the breakfast is very good, a lot of choice. The hotel has a excellent restaurant (close by, on the pier), you need to book a table in advance. In general, i am very happy we have chosen for this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and always super clean. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of fresh juice, fruit and pastries. Choices between scrambled eggs, hard boiled or soft boiled eggs. Multiple types of yoghurts, kefir etc. Gluten free and lactose free choices were available. Although it's a bit further away from the city, it was super convenient and only took about 15-20 minutes to get to Slussen where you can change to underground. About 15 minutes of walk there's a mall where you can go shopping, have a bite and buy groceries. Great place to stay if you want to get away from the city centre without being too far away from it.

The close location to the ferries and the sea is practical and also very enjoyable. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of things.

The shower wasn't always working properly and the system with two taps in the shower is a little annoying. I expected a "room with seaview" to have a better view into the seaside. The breakfast room was quite busy (and shaky).

we very much liked the atmosphere of the hotel, it was very understated and calm it is lovely to sit out and watch the world go by

we mentioned to front desk that the control panel on the lift on the 4th floor had not been locked and was flapping open - electronics and flashing lights etc. the sort of thing that concerns us from the days when we had curious kids; they looked at us as if we were a bit mad and it was still not locked three days later

Lovely view (if room towards the sea and up high), good beds and interior, snd nice bathroom. Fantastic breakfast. Lots of choice, yummi juices, good quality. Very nice breakfast room/building.

A bit far from the center of Stockholm. We knew beforehand and didn’t mind, and enjoyed the ferry trip in (very easy and cost about 30 SKR each way payable by Visa) but it could be an issue for people thinking one can walk in (we did, but it took an hour through very dull neighbourhood).

The location is simply amazing! The resort location is right by the water, quiet and forested. And at the same time, it’s a two-minute walk to the city boat station. The room and breakfast were also excellent.

The bathroom has poor ventilation and insufficient holders for clothes and towels. The room did not have enough clothing shelves for three people.
