It’s a new, comfortable space that feels like home away from home. The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel like a part of their family. And let's not forget the mouthwatering homemade dinner – it's like a taste of comfort and care in every bite. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I'd happily relive.

No bad points found during the two days I stayed at the property.

Bed and breakfast all renovated, they just opened, rooms are spacious and quiet with triple glazing you can't hear any noise. The bathrooms are amazing. Alessandro is very kind and attentive to requests. During the day there is a bar where they also deal in sports food as well as drinks and protein shakes. A meeting room I did not use. During the night there are vending machines for drinks, snacks and cigarettes. Well cleaned, with parking. In 7 minutes you are on the lake. A 4-minute walk takes you to the train that takes you to Lugano in 5 minutes. Very convenient! Airport and shopping centers are within walking distance. I wish Alessandro who is starting this business a big good luck!

Where to start? The bed was comfortable. Plenty of fluffy pillows. The bathroom was new and well designed. The wifi was blazing fast. The location was right by the station. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here every time I’m in the area.

The ONLY negative were the towels. They were not the best but I will take some scratchy towels if I can have everything else!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Considering, the whole Lugano was booked out for those days, they offered a very good price.

I would appreaciate a slightly wider variety for breakfast, but not a big issue.

A very nice place with a perfect location and a friendly staff. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend it to everyone.

Good hotel for its price, bed was very soft. I think it would be not fit for poeple with some kind of back deseases. Parking spot is not free, i paid 15 chf.

Walking distance from the train to Lugano. Nice breakfast. Clean.

In the booking a double bed was mentioned. We got a twin bed (2x single).

Fantastic breakfast, kind and flexible staff. Bed is comfortable, everything was fine. There is a private parking place.
