Great location in the heart of the city, fifteen minutes or less walking to so many points of interest. Beds were plenty comfortable, the shower was hot, and we had all the towels we needed. The rooms were clean, and the old-fashioned furniture was quite charming. The photographs are accurate. The windows were easy to open to let in a nice breeze, and checkout wasn't until noon, which gave us extra time to rest and freshen up after a very long day of travel. The staff, who all speak English well, also kept our luggage for us while we explored the city on the afternoon of our departure.

The atrium and rooms smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, despite the signs prohibiting smoking. (Geneva itself smells like cigarettes basically everywhere, though.)

Rooms are spacious for a family of four, my kids have 2 single beds, and we have our own little kitchen to cook our meals. The beds are so comfy, and the living room is massive. I like the layout of our room, too. The price of the hotel is within budget, which is really good. It's located at the centre of GENEVA, so you can walk around shopping malls or visit the touristy stuff. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, not too fancy. The building is old but very clean, and for me, im okay with vintage touch hotels.

Nothing really except the toilet sink was clugged, but they cleaned it up as soon as I told them. Some room lights are not working but other than I'm more than happy to stay again.

Good size family room in a great location. Had enough amenities for a family of 4 and was spacious enough for our stay. We paid the 25CHF to park our car as we didn't require it at all. The tourist card allowed us to use free public transport to get around, otherwise we quite enjoyed walking around Geveva.

Car park was outside hotel at 25CHF which was quite expensive, but expected in Switzerland. Not much other negative things to complain about.

Location and parking were two of the best things for us. We got a parking spot in front of the hotel and the hotel is just minutes from the tram/bus system, which meant we didn't need our car once we arrived. But even without the tram or bus the location is within walking distance to many sightseeing spots. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had an open balcony space. The front desk staff, woman working the breakfast, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and kind. Having breakfast available was great by the way. If we return to Geneva we will definitely consider staying here again.

It has a very tiny kitchen space with limited utensils, which made it a bit difficult for cooking meals. I was able make dinner (pasta) but only after a few challenges. There was no dish soap available. We always wash our dishes after using them but this was not really an option since with not soap. Other than this, we were happy with our stay.

Great hotel, nice comfy, bright room with fully equipped kitchenette which would be useful if staying longer. However, we only stayed two nights so we only used the fridge for keeping bottled water. Comfortable beds. Everything spotlessly clean. Well situated near the lake shore and within easy walking distance to lots of sights. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Continental breakfast was nice, though for longer stays it would be nicer to have a little more choice. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Geneva and would recommend to others.

It would be nicer to have sliced cheese, rather than pre-packed portions and a coffee/tea/chocolate machine where guests could help themselves would be useful, rather than having to ask for breakfast drinks. These are just suggestions, as otherwise it's a really nice hotel.

The breakfast was great. The location was perfect-a half block to the public transportation lines 12 and 17, which take you everywhere. Geneva gives free transportation cards to tourists and the bus system is great, so we had no extra costs to get wherever we wanted to go. It’s also close enough to the lake to easily walk. There are lots of restaurants and shops all around the neighborhood. Even though it is near a main road, it is just far enough away that it is quiet at night.

The rooms are bit outdated.

We stayed in a good large room, on the seventh floor. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect. People in the reception were very kind, and the room was quiet. I believe it is a good option "quality-price".

The hotel is old, and there are a lot of things that should be refurbished. Also, to get to the 7th floor, only a very tiny elevator.

Despite the slightly shabby exterior, the room looked fresh and new and was impeccably clean. My room had a nice little kitchenette, also sparkling clean. My room on the 4th floor was quiet, despite a street view. The hotel happily accepted the presence of my small dog (an extra 10CHF/night). Breakfast was free, but I didn't try it—the breakfast room was a little too close and crowded for me and buffets aren't convenient with a dog, but it would be perfectly comfortable for someone traveling without a canine companion.

Great location, very clean and spacious room, and good (albeit simple) breakfast. Staff is very helpful and accommodating.

The room didn't have A/C or a fan and it got very warm overnight. Also, I found it very expensive, though I know Geneva is expensive in general – it may be a good idea to do some price comparisons with other hotels in the area.

The location is good with walking distance to public transport. The room is apartment-like and comfortable for a small family.

Would love to have a washing machine in the room as it is big enough. The shower is with the bath-tub and it had a height to 'climb' in hence might not be friendly to those with mobility issues.
