The hotel has genuinely nice staff always ready to assist in any event. The man in the reception was very kind to upgrate my room at no additional charge to a more spacious and comfortable one which I greatly enjoyed during my stay for the entire week. It is quite convenient to work in the room as they are quiet and nice.

No kettle in the room. Also, it is a bit difficult to find the hotel if you come from the airport on bus N.10. You should try to get wifi in a nearby Starbucks and find your way on the map. If you have to go to the UN in the morning, please kindly note that it will take 10-12 minutes to get to the stop of the bus No.8 and make sure you check your way not to waste time.

The location was perfect, right next to a nice area with many restaurants and 5min away from the beautiful lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and at a nice temperature upon arrival. Toilet was very clean as well, and water pressure was great. Toiletries were also available and the staff cleaned the room every day. All in all a great pleasant stay and will return when visiting Geneva in the future!

Room was warm and cozy but not too small for one person. Bed was comfortable and ample space to hang one's clothes. Did not choose to have breakfast there as we had it arranged at work.

Nothing the hotel administration can fix from their own end - one has to live with the noisy customers of the restaurant across as they leave the premises, at 2am, 3am...

The location was perfect for me as I had appointments near the place des Eaux-Vives and was able to enjoy sitting by the lake in the early morning. I also liked the atmosphere of the hotel - exceptionally spacious and bright entrance foyer and restful classic decor. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

My room overlooked an office building and the nearby traffic was quite noisy.

Great location, veryclose to Aux Vives and VielleVille...staff at Recrption was brilliant,, gave me the travel pass for free and were very helpful and profesdional (especially the young French guy), bed was super comfortable and had everything i needed. The bus to the airport is v close

I LOVED the room lighting: there were so many options, there was light in all the right places, switches were easy to find. I like that the furniture and finishes were quite vintage, but well-maintained. The room was spacious, well-lit, clean.

TV switches on with the light and that gave me a bit of a sudden fright!

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent for our visit.

Breakfast was very poor with insufficient staff. The choice was cereals with no bowls! Hot food containers empty! Coffee cold! This is the one area that is letting the hotel down.

The hotel is very nice and it has really good location, not far from the lake and all the transport is available, it was nice to stay in there. The staff is very good

Nice staff and the hotel had an authentic and historic feeling to it. Everything was clean and well-organised.

Location wasn't great for conferences around Nations area, but fine for city trip. Hotel is a bit outdated, like it's stuck in the 60s.
