The best location in the town, unbelievable views we will never forget. Beds very comfortable, chairs and table on balcony to take in the view. Breakfast across the road in sister hotel, which was an extremely pretty building.

It's not a pretty building I'd go so far to say it's a blot on the landscape. We paid over the odds for the location and view which didn't disappoint. The shower was very awkward, it's one in a bath but only had one position and that was pointing straight at you. A simple bar of soap and a sachet of shampoo did not reflect the cost of the stay. Kettle and water were available in the lobby but no tea bags or coffee. On last day we had a picnic at the tables outside sister hotel but had to buy a drink to do so. Having said that we still had a fantastic holiday.

The breakfast was fresh, with an adequate and satisfying selection of meats, cheeses, yogurt, bread, museli, rice, cucumber, tomato, fruit/fruit salad, and hard boiled eggs. The coffee maker made good cappuccino, espresso, etc (much better than an American hotel). Even thought the breakfast wasn’t fancy, it was fresh tasting, and gave us the energy for the Rotstock via ferrata, and solid hike afterwards. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. There was free parking :). My partner and I were pleased and would recommend it.

We would have loved a mosquito net over the windows so we could leave the windows open without letting in bugs at night, since we found the room too warm for us in the evening.

The room was amazing. We booked this pretty last minute and being summer we were very limited to the hotels available however this hotel exceeded all expectations. We had a triple room with a double bed and a single bed. The beds were VERY comfortable. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was more comprehensive then expected which was really nice! The defining feature of this room was the AMAZING balcony that looked right over the mountains. Sitting on the balcony was a highlight!

The room was all we needed for a short stay. It was a little bit small but more than fine for a place like Grindelwald where you are often out and about doing activities. The biggest issue was the lack of aircon or fans which meant that on a hot summer night we had to keep the door open which then let smoke and noise in from the other balconies. A bedside fan or aircon would have been appreciated but nevertheless it was a great stay!

The location, staff, breakfast and room itself were all amazing. We woke up to a spectacular view of the mountains and hills from the patio. The staff was very helpful; we arrived around 23:00 and they communicated a lot beforehand and were able to leave our keys along with a printout with a lot of useful information. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a nice size. Breakfast is included in the stay and was very good; including yogurt, granola, cheese, cold cuts, rice, boiled eggs, coffee and tea to name a few items. Nicole at reception was AMAZING! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of recommendations of things to do in the area. The location was close to the train station, bus stop and about a 15 minute walk from the gondola up to Grindelwald First. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Starting with a regret for choosing an Airbnb the first night, I wish we had booked both nights at the Jungfrau Lodge Annex Crystal. Our single night there surpassed all expectations for the ideal Swiss mountain experience. Exceptionally clean, convenient, free parking, a delightful breakfast buffet, and a staff that was both professional and friendly. The highlight? The breathtaking view of the majestic Eiger mountain, charming chalets, and the train all from our room—truly heavenly. All Amex Crystal rooms, which is the new building of the lodge offer this view. While we had free bus rides with our stay, we opted to drive to the ski area and explore Grindelwald on feet since everything was right there. Next time, we're considering public transportation for a scenic spring journey.

Exceeded all our expectations for the price. Super clean and very convenient, Free parking, amazing breakfast buffet with a generous selection for all tastes. Professional and very friendly staff. And the best part is the view of the almighty Eiger mountain, chalets and train from our room…It was heavenly!

It was the most spectacular view from our balcony to the valley and to Eiger. It is really breathtaking. The room is very clean and excellent for a holiday. The staff is really kind and helpful. To buy the Jungrau Travel Pass at the reception is so convenient and easy. The breakfast is also very nice, the dining area facing the mountains which is also amazing. Definitely we're planning to go back there.

The view of the room is AMAZING! Waking up to this view everyday is a dream, definitely 10/10 for the location. Very close to the train station, 10mins walk to everywhere; breakfast was nice, they even packed us a take-away breakie the night before because we had to check out early in the morning the next day. It was a very pleasant stay and I’ll definitely come back here next time in Grindelwald!

Property is situated near the train and bus station. Reception is very friendly. We got into Grindelwald early and they let us leave our luggages at the reception. Our room is on the third floor with our terrace facing the Eiger mountain and it was such a lovely view. Room is clean and cleaned every day. Very comfortable and money is worth it.

The view omg the view is beyond any expectation I had. I opened the window and mountain staring back at me. Overlooking the beautiful mountain village. This is dream. Room had rustic feel to it and requires walking up hill few block to get to downtown for food.

Breakfast and lodge are in building across the street. So was odd at first but you get use to it.
