I got very lucky booking this room as it gets booked quite easily. This was one of my highlights to my trip here. The view from the balcony was just spectacular. That alone is worth it! The staff were also very accommodating and helpful. They gave excellent recommendations on what to do. The facilities were clean (they encourage footwear outside the room or put on a shoe tray) and the property is a short walk from the train station. You also get a free breakfast. What more can you want?

This is a lodge, so it’s made of mainly wood. So you will be hearing creaking and footsteps from other people staying, but this is a very minor nit-pick from the big picture.

The location and breakfast were good. The room was clean.

One staff member (Daniel) was very kind and patient but another staff member (lady) was not kind and showed some disrespect when I asked some questions more than once (about getting the local bus pass). She seemed annoyed and was raising voice. Impatient!

I really like our stay in Jungfrau Lodge. SThe location is facing the dreaming land and you will have mountain view during breakfast. Inside the hotel theres washing machine you are allowed to to use also(5CHF) . Which is perfect for us who like to clean our clothes! Not only that, the staff is really really friendly and nice to everyone.

Not really their fault but i think other guests knowns from other hotel also using the washing machine in our hotel which makes us wait slightly longer to wash the clotges.

staff was great and very helpful. the breakfast is delicious with a wide range choices :) they allow the parking until 14:00, which enough time to visit First during the morning without worrying about parking. they have small cabinets where you can buy instant noodles and sodas.

for rooms with bathroom included they provide soap/shampoo in a small little package. if you have long hair you might need more than what they offer.

I loved this hotel. Visited in late November as a last minute booking while in Switzerland. It’s warm and cosy and although fairly basic, it was all we needed. It was comfortable, and we loved the lounge area with honesty bar. You can help yourself to noodles, beers, snacks which is super handy. Perfect location for the town and for the cable cars. Parking was included which was awesome.

The room which I have booked comes with a balcony which we could sit and eat our food while looking at the mountains views. Excellent location - Not too near the bus stops and not too far to walk.

The bathroom feels really cold in winter. Wish it had a warmer on the floor at least. Pillows are flat when laid on. Not so ideal for neck. No hot water kettle in the room. Got to go all the way downstairs and queue to boil some water.

The views! Overall excellent stay. Great location and staff. Of course the rooms are old style and bare but that’s part of the lodge charm.

Not disabled friendly. But that’s because the building is very old. No kettle in the rooms. You have to go down to get a cup of hot water.

Beds were very comfortable. Mountains views were surreal Lady at reception was very lovely and helpful

Breakfast was very average no toaster option available and only a few items which were repeated If you're Muslim better to stay closer to interlaken as was difficult to find halal food No kettle in bedroom

The staff were really nice and helpful. The location was very good and the view was very nice. The breakfast was good with variable choices. We were able to use the local buses for free through our guest card, there were other advantages for the guest card but we didn’t try them. The ability to book the first adventure packages through the hotel reception made it easier for us. I would like to stay there again :)

There was no fridge in the room. It was very expensive to have a juice in the night through the self service fridge but anyway everything is expensive in Switzerland ;)

The hotel has a good view of the slope, and close to the bus stop which is convenient to go to terminal and Firstbahn.

The wooden structure of the house causes some creaking noises when walking on the floor, especially at night. But overall it's not bad as long as the people above you don't walk around all the time.
