best location. customer service definitely needs to be improved, the lady at reception knew i was waiting to talk to her but she kept wasting time to ignore me.

having to throw rubbish and no house keeping. customer service isn’t great and no flexibility in terms of early check in

The breakfast was awsum beyond my expectations. Location was great.Everything was close by.. Bus stop was just in front of the hotel.Staff was great. They provided us whatever we needed. Samantha,Alessia,Flavia thank you so much for all your support. These ladies help us in guiding all the tourist places and the trains schedules. They told us which train goes to the places and when. Hats off to you guys.

Just the air-conditioned. Weather was very hot but the hotel has no air-conditioned. But again I'll say the staff was great. They gave us three fans and we had a great night. Thank you so much STAFF.

The room had everything that is required for staying in an apartment. right from utensils till heater. We expected a decent room, but what we got was a fully furnished apartment. View from the room was excellent. It's not close to the Interlaken OST station, but not far as well. You can find restaurants nearby. Most importantly, it's walkable distance from Harder Kulm. A serene river flows just besides the hotel and it's a calm, soothing experience.

It's little on higher side when it comes to pricing. But there were facilities provided, we couldn't use many due to short stay.

The appointment we stay is very spacious and clean for our family of four. It has high ceiling and you can open the window to get fresh air. The pool is really nice and big. it surprised us! definitely come back!

The apartments are spacious & there are many activities inside the hotel. the hotel staff are also very friendly & helpful. they can help you to book the tickets & give suggestions on your trips. there’s also a wide spread of cheese at breakfast. the bus 103 stops right in front of the hotel so it’s very convenient whether you are coming from Interlaken OST or Interlaken West.

The Kitchen is well equipped & the cutleries are very clean. Just 1 small comment - would have been perfect if there’s a microwave.

We appreciate a lot the fact that we could check in early. We were very tired after a long way, therefore we were very happy to enter into apartment with a few hours early. A big thank you! The apartment was nice, very clean, bright, well equiped with all you need. But the view was what we apreciated soooo muuuch! On my birthday, I found a a birthday card and a voucher for a glass of wine for each of us in their restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you again!☺️ The location is ideally located between both train stations and easy to identify it. A bus station (bus 103) is just in front of the building, there are a lot of shops/restaurants/supermarkets near. Next to the reception there is a small shop with everything you could want, accessible 24/24. You can even order fresh bread. We didn't try it, but there is also a very nice pool and sauna. We received so many information during check in process, I have never received so many details and I have visited a lot of countries. The staff was friendly and smiling all the time. It is really a very nice location. I would recommend it to anyone and I would come back happy even tomorrow.

The fact that we had to leave….

Everything is perfect, including the room, service, and staff. For the room, it is very warm inside, and the much kitchenware is provided. The balcony with the Mountain View makes me refresh every morning. Also, the soundproofing effect is good. The staff are very helpful and willing to provide any information you needed including the activities, tickets, transportation. It is also amazing to have a swimming pool and sauna room. The location is good, too. within 10 minutes walk to the Interlaken OST station.

Nothing, everything is very perfect.

I liked the room and it was quiet. I enjoyed the view and walking by the river behind the hotel. the hotel is nearby the shooping stores.

the apartment was clean and well organized .. the location and view from the room was perfect as well .. staff was also nice .. parking is available at the garage or behind the building and it was plenty

not much variety of options for the breakfast .. the shower holder was not working properly in one of the bathrooms .. both issues were not significant

The apartment was very nice, very good size and well equiped. The location really good, in front of a beautiful park and near shops, restaurants and public transport.

The apartment didn't have a good view form the balcony. Restaurant closes too early so we couldn't eat there.
