great location, great facilities including spa and pool.

the food in the brasserie restaurant was average and quite expensive. the Italian restaurant was very good, but closed to hotel guests for two consecutive nights because there were private bookings … that should not be the case - there should be some accommodation for hotel guests regardless of private bookings.

The location was superb, it is located in the center of interlaken. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Everything needed was available and ready. I loved the ambiance of the reception and rooms. The back garden was also beautiful for a walk.

The downside to this hotel is the breakfast. Very limited options, the juices were not fresh, they had a weird smell to it. I was shocked to see extra charge on some things like avocado toast. I was also asked for extra charge for a box to take food from breakfast when i could not attend. The parking should be a part of the room cost, instead i payed for every night there.

It was Eid day and I asked the concierge to book for sky diving and I did emphasize that It's important to book a lady and he confirmed that yes it's a lady , was so exited for my Jump in Eid day woke up early in the morning ready and excited to find the skydive team waiting to pick me up and they were like you know our team is all men right !?? I was shocked confirming that I booked a lady for the jump. my jump was canceled our schedule was ruined because my family had another plan to do paragliding and I couldn't join them as everything was planed ahead . my Eid was ruined , and the concierge didn't stop at that he kept making jokes about oh you want the taxi to be a lady as well so disrespectful. the lady in the concierge was polite and very informative

Breakfast should be extended until 11 to allow patrons to have a morning adventure before breakfast Our room had absolutely no view. Considering it's price i expected at least a partial view

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the two train stations and shops, very convenient and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and planned to try Sapori and La Terrasse restaurants in the hotel. Unluckily, only La Terrasse Brasserie opened during the period of our stay. We had dinner there. The service, food presentation, and quality are superb. There is plenty of wine you can choose from their list. We had one from the region, which was good too. Breakfast was good but can provide a bit more variety Coffee is good too. The room is spacious and clean. Some staff is new, a bit struggle to provide us information but they are attentive and willing to help. All in all, it was a great experience throughout our stay

Unluckily, Sapori restaurant was closed during the stay. So, we didn't have a chance to try.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The design of the room was good The gym was very well equipped

For the price of the hotel, we were expecting something more upscale. The flower arrangements around the hotel were appalling (dried flowers spray painted gold with a layer of dust sitting on it, the display in the main lobby was similarly very ugly like a supermarket display)- it was clear that the hotel did not spend money on flowers. There were some ugly plastic signs in the lobby that says "ATM here"- something you would fine at 3 or 4 star establishments. The breakfast was also buffet style, reminiscent of a 4 star business conference hotel.

The hotel room was fabulous. Customer service from check-in to check-out was great. They provided refreshments upon check-in and a little gift upon check-out. Fabulous spa and pool area. The outdoor spa was rejuvenating and offers a great view of the mountains. Restaurants with outdoor seating is great as well. A park is situated in front of the hotel where one can often see people land from paragliding.

One minor issue was the rug in our room was slippery, this can be dangerous for elderly people.

Super comfortable bed and good Pillow menu. House keeping were unsure of what pillow I wanted so they brought 8 up to the room to see which I preferred. Best nights sleep I’ve ever had

Waiters were a bit to eager. Asking far to often if everything was alright. Interrupted the conversation several times or asked when you had food in your mouth. Also I don’t think the lactose free milk was lactose free. Made for an interesting journey home^^.
