Apartments are all brand new! We were the first customers to check in to this new hotel and were greeted with a bottle of wine for being the first customers. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Clean and new

Apartment style with all amenities including kitchen, dishes, pans, etc. Free washer/dryer combo that did a nice job with laundry start to finish with no attention required. Wish we had that at home.

Location. Cleanliness. Air conditioning for the heatwave. WiFi. Luggage storage. Mini kitchen - microwave and fridge were very useful.

Communication with staff. Had an issue of something beeping inside the room. Called a couple of times, left messages, but no call back. Next day, looks like they’ve come into our room to check the issue but no communication from them regarding my calls/messages or that they came into our room without our consent. The shower takes some getting used to. I know Europe has these kinds shower where the other half isn’t covered and so it’s hard not to splash or get the bathroom floor wet. There’s a squeegee to use however.

Location was stellar and quiet. The occasional horse trot on the street was magical.

The room was absolutely spotless, the facility was very clean, and it felt brand new. The staff were amazing and very friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with our entire trip. The location was excellent and within walking distance to everything you would (ie: 5 minutes from train station, downtown, shopping, restaurants, etc.)

The only thing I would say is the shower lets out a lot of water into the bathroom. There was no door on our shower, so we were constantly having to keep towels down to soak up water. It was fine though, definitely not a dealbreaker by any means, and we still loved our stay and would do it all over again.

I stayed in the Studio 34 apartment. The walk to this hotel was very beautiful as you could really feel the charm of the city and see the river with the backdrop of the mountains. The hotel staff, while not present physically, were very responsive over message. The check-in process was very easy (I had some issues due to user error but even when I reached out about it they responded very quickly). For being a studio apartment, the room itself was quite large and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything including the bathroom was very clean. I did not factor a view into my room selection because I knew I would be out and about. I think the room faces the sides of other buildings just as an FYI but that was not a downside for me in any way. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also the apartment had an AC unit that really did the job with keeping the room at a cool and comfortable temperature.

I would say the one thing stopping me from giving this a 10 star review was the noise. I am pretty sensitive to noise and I have to sleep with a white noise machine. I could hear the occasional street traffic and I could hear my upstairs neighbor walking around. At one point I could hear a child crying. I think for most people these sounds would be inconsequential because even I don't think the noises were very excessive. The friend that stayed with me had zero issues sleeping, but if you are sensitive to sound like I am this may be something to keep in mind. Having my white noise machine did help a bit, and much later in the evening the majority of the noise subsided.
