Such a great location as a base for your Swiss Alps adventure. Just opposite the Interlaken West train station and main bus interchange. It cant get more convenient that this! Imagine after a long day of hiking/trekking or just walking so much at the Jungfrau region, you just need to cross the street and your hotel is already there. 3 supermarkets close by plus many foodplaces for every budget. Breakfast had a great spread just nice to fill you up till late lunch. Loved that they have scrambled eggs, different types of breads, cheeses, hams and had juices, teas and coffee. Great breakfast! Room was spot on clean and spacious! Even if our room was at the back, it still had a balcony. The sofa was a great addition. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. The toilet mirror had a very bright light which was super good. You could chill and hang out at the lobby with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate anytime. Front staff was very friendly, she told me how much she wanted to visit my home country of Singapore and was super friendly to my wife and I. Overall, best value for money. Great place!

Wished they had hot chocolate during breakfast but this is just nitpicking already… everything else was great!

The Hotel is very close to Interlaken West train station and pier, If you don't wanna drag the heavy suitcase and walk long way the Hotel is a good choice. There is a balcony you can sit here, go for a blow and see the view of Interlaken. Hotel front desk staff was really nice that he offered the map of Interlaken for us and guided travel itinerary. Hotel is Continental breakfast which is tasty scrambled eggs, sausage and a variety of beverages.

The triple room was equipped with A/C which was rare in Switzerland for a 3star hotel. Balcony was a plus and room was of a comfortable size. The team was excellent and treated us kindly and professionally with all queries and requests met with a smile and enthusiasm, everyone of them made sure we felt welcomed and that made out stay better as the weather was not cooperating with us. Right next to Interlaken West bus and train station, getting to the hotel was a breeze and coop/ migros are just a short walk away. Complimentary Tea/Coffee all day was great for some time spent at the lobby. Thank you for your hospitality again.

only issue was the thinner than usual bath towels but thats probably just personal preference.

Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived 5 hours before check in and were able to leave our luggage, have the hotel benefits explained to us, and were given our Interlaken card to use. We also had explained to us where we could obtain discounts from. The hotel is right next to both the bus and train station so perfect for onward travel. Breakfast was basic but fine. We were able to help ourselves to tea and coffee when we wanted. The room was very clean, had a fridge, comfy beds and a spotless bathroom. Very good value for money.

Not really anything with the hotel. Maybe the decor was a little tired - but we were there for the views.

The location and the view from the room were exceptional. The free coffee at the reception is a very nice gesture from the hotel. The breakfast is basic but good enough. The room is comfy and has a good size. Location next to the interlaken west station is lovely. The view from the room was stunning.

Checkout is at 11 am. However, this is the case for all of the hotels in interlaken. Other than that we had a nice comfortable stay at this hotel.

Air conditioning worked well. Friendly reception. Spacious room. Awesome view of Jungfrau from our 3rd floor balcony. Could hear the horses clip clopping along the cobblestone streets. An Alpine horn was played in the middle of the roundabout while a thunderstorm was starting. Breakfast was good.

I miss real coffee with milk from cows. No one in Europe seems to know what coffee with milk should taste like. The food in nearby restaurants was very expensive from an Australian point of view. Shocking prices but not this hotels fault.

Great location - super close to the Interlaken West train station (less than 5 min walk) and easy to take public transport from. The entire town center is fairly small and walkable (about 20 min walk across), so we were very happy with the location. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Good sized balcony and very comfortable for 2 people. Breakfast offerings were pretty standard but delicious. No air conditioning, but they provided a large fan, and nights were cool with the windows open.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel and enjoy our stay. The location is excellent, right next to the train station. The room is clean and cozy. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room. The breakfast is absolutely reasonable. The staff is welcoming and very nice. We were satisfied with everything.

Just a small thing, the towels in the bathroom are very thin.

The best part was the location of the Hotel. .
