The hotel is newly renovated and in the best location.

I hang the "stay out" sign at the door during breakfast and put back the "please clean up room" sign just before going out for sightseeing (before 11 AM). However, the room was not cleaned when I came back in the late afternoon. I notified the reception but they said that it's too late to get the room treated. That means the housekeepers give you only one chance at the minute they stop by the room. If you miss that chance, you miss a clean room for the day!!! :(

Really liked the size of room and bathroom. It was convenient to the train Interlaken West. The windows that opened towards mountain were nice. Comfortable bed.

The Hey is definitely pretty central to a lot of things, but is extremely touristy and had many different groups staying there to the point that it felt a little crowded. The breakfast was good, but the morning we chose to sat in the dining room there was a table of sick people coughing loudly while their child was screaming and sneezing and spit on a chair next to him on purpose. The mother of the child then proceeded to go back to then buffet and touch the handles of the food serving after repeatedly blowing her nose. It made many of the diners uncomfortable and yet nobody from the staff seemed to notice. It gave me a lot of pause about the hotel.

The room was incredible and the extras of the added activities with the price is a great idea

Cheerful vibes, design-led spaces. Great location in Interlaken, easy to walk to shopping and convenience stores with a bus stop right in front. Comfortable, sizeable rooms. Great buffet breakfast in a gorgeous space with lots of windows and high ceilings.

They seemed short staffed at reception. We had to queue up and wait on almost every occasion we needed assistance. They were a little skimpy on pillows for a four star hotel, with only one full sized pillow, the others were day cushions and a square pillow which wasn’t really ideal for sleeping.

the cleaning staff should do more, they should organize the Hotel’s stuff properly after certain things are used such as body lotion, Duvet cloth, towels etc.

Nice location with 5-8 mins walk to the west station and a bus stop to east station right in front of the hotel (by walk for around 20 mins). Great breakfast with hot and cold choices (and friendly staffs in the busy breakfast room who keep refilling the food, really appreciate). Surprising to have a coffee machine, kettle and sparkling water at room. Room was clean and modern.

Water pressure was bad. Even though we got a balcony but there was a strong neon light shining. Another strong neon light on another window. You cannot open the curtain and it was noisy at night. Wifi was a bit weak.

The first impression was surprising. The room was kinda large and has a really nice smell. The bed was really comfy and there were a lot of spaces to store your things. The bathroom was great too, and a hair dryer was provided. The location is perfect! It takes only 5 minutes to walk from the train station and surrounded by a lot of restaurants, stores and supermarkets. There is a bus stop right infront of the hotel too. The view from my room was very nice. However, by the time of my stay there was a construction site but it was not noisy at all. Breakfast was brilliant with a wide variety of choices. The best part for me was the free skiing lesson by professionals covered in the total cost and I had spent a day full learning to ski and it was really really fun.

There are some tiny complaints with the bathroom but they don't affect much. I don't really like the faucet of the sink because I couldn't bow my head to wash my face. Besides, there wasn't a door or a curtain to separate the shower and the rest of the bathroom so when I took a bath water was spilled out. But apart from that, everything was perfect.

Loved it! Excellent location for the activities in Interlaken. The hotel itself is newly renovated and everything feels new and very clean. Great selection for breakfast and caters to everyone.

Everything was great, one very small detail the body wash holders are not topped up until full every time. If you run out you will have to call them to get it topped up. Again very small detail in an otherwise exceptional stay.

amazing location, super helpful front desk - especially Adam! The rooms were quaint and nice.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable. on Monday the 12th, we ordered two drinks at the bar and our bartender, a small brunette woman was very rude to us and in the process of yelling at a coworker while helping us. The wine tasted spoiled like it had been left open too long and we shared this with her, she began yelling and saying that the size and taste of the wine is just how they do things in Switzerland and that as tourists we had no idea what we were talking about. She was beyond blatantly rude and clearly hated her job, it was a shame.

The hotel location is simply in the heart of Interlaken, the staff were quite supportive specially Mr. Singh who helped us on the AC issue we faced during our stay the room is clean and beautiful, and they have free activities everyday to book (we've booked a family rafting adventure which was very good to do)

during our 3 nights stay, we've faced an issue with the AC were it wasn't working as it should be. However, Mr. Singh (from reception) tried his best to fix it with no luck and he offered us to change the room for 1 night to call the technician to fix it. although they did not fix the issue but at least they expressed their intention to try comforting us during the stay and because we went on the peak summer they couldn't offer us to change the room except for 1 night
