Location and staff were AMAZING!!! Breakfast buffet was great for my family. Parking right out front with amazing views. Close to Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunen. All FANTASTIC!! Shared bathroom with a couple other rooms was a new experience for my kids who had to learn to knock and lock when they were inside. The family room was fantastic with a bunk bed for my older kids and big bed for my wife and I to split with our toddler.

It is an older building and you will hear everyone else’s movements and feel bad if you’re the noisy ones like we were with the kids coming in late after a long day of sightseeing. No climate control but we just opened a window and it cooled off quickly with the river running by just on the other side of the lot. There would be a lot of cigarette smoke float in from the porch below where the smokers would gather. Luckily, we were usually out late so it was just the mornings that were annoying if you don’t smoke.

Beautiful location right infront of a stream. Authentic Swiss chalet style accomodation. Comfortable bedding and temperature. Daily breakfast included and was really good. Bathroom was shared with another couple but was clean.

No public transport or shuttle bus from the closest station (Zweilutschinen) so 15-20mins walk to this accomodation which may or may not be an issue depending on how much luggage you have although it is a very nice scenic walk. No local taxis either (they usually come from Interlaken and can cost a fair amount for a 5minute drive to the hotel).

Excellent location to visit many important points in the Jungfrau area, a beautiful river passes near the hotel, parking was free, very good breakfast, very good dinner, I recommend dining at the hotel restaurant if you want quality food at reasonable prices compared to the prices in the area.

The toilet was separated from our room, which created a little discomfort.

Cozy family hotel in an old authentic wooden house. Very friendly hosts. On the ground floor they have a restaurant. Everything is very tasty. The hosts cook themselves. Free Parking in front of the hotel.

Scenic location. Staff was amazing! They were friendly and welcoming and helpful! The food was very good and breakfast being included in the booking was nice.

Bathrooms were shared with other guests.

The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were really big and comfortable. The view from the balcony was also amazing, and the breakfast was really good. We loved our stay there.

The Hosts are amazing, total friendly, they make the whole magic, plus the hotel is really nice, clean, great location & great food. We did not eat anywhere else, always coming back for good hot food - homemade. Thank you! hope to come back

The position of hotel is very strategic, close to Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The personal was very kind and friendly. The food of dinner was excellent.!👏

lovely old style hotel with friendly staff . Perfect location for everything , free car parking , beds very comfortable , breakfast in morning was amazing alot of hotels could learn from this. food was perfectly cooked all just fanstastic
