this place is so close to the train station and a grocery store (and restaurants) so it is extremely convenient. the staff is SO helpful and friendly and the bus pass we get is so awesome. I love the lounge complete with a microwave, ice, coffee, beverages, and fridge upon request. the breakfast was also incredible with eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, pastries, juices and more!

I recommend highly to tourists visiting Interlaken! The stay was cozy and comfortable for me and my family. The location of was right in the middle of Interlaken and rooms were comfortable. The host and the staff were very friendly, warm, respectful and welcoming all through, right through from check-in to check-out! Always smiling and welcoming : ) They all had had a very personal touch. My sincere thanks for all of them for making the stay so good for us all .... I'm looking forward for planning the next one!! The hotel is in a great location, with walking distance to restaurants, shops and train/bus stations. We stayed in a small but charming room in the attic with a view to the mountains. In our case the bathroom was shared but always very clean. The staff was very friendly and hepful, with a special mention to Jean-Louis who always asked if everything was good (and made sure we would have our coffee refilled!). These details really enhance the experience.

One thing to be aware of is that the elevator only reaches the second floor (we stayed on the third). This is an old building, so as expected some amenities (e.g. A/C) were not available (at least in our room).

We spent 3 nights with 3 girls. good location just a few minutes from train station Interlaken west. Bus stop just at the corner. walking distance to city center. Room is big enough, comfortable bed, just super soft pillows with nice balcony. Breakfast was just ok. There is no fridge or kettle boiler in the room, but there is a small kitchen corner at the lobby open 24h that you can boil water for tea, and make coffee. and also fridge that you can store your food or drinks , but it closed at 10pm

incredible small bathroom. shower also very small, even you can´t turn your body. Room was a bit warm. There was no aircon in the room, we need to open windows and balcony door at night time.

The staff were the absolute nicest people and by far the most kind and caring hotel associates we have ever met. Great location near a grocery store and brief walk to the train station, delicious breakfast every morning always served with a smile to start off the day right, close to the Main Street, microwave and dishes for meals, very clean

Wifi didn’t always work

5 min walk from train station. Bed is so comfy. Breakfast is really nice , bacon and egg, croissant and fruits. Toilet and rooms daily cleaned . Kettle, microwave , coffee machine available to use at the downstairs hall. There's outside terrace to chill out . Staff at breakfast are really nice . The older man , maybe owner is really charming which makes the start of the day really great .I would highly recommend and will come back. We booked the room with shared toilet , never had a problem, didn't even see other customers use it. Thanks Rössli hotel we had a really great time !!!

Christopher and Katia were fantastic! They went out of their way to help us, make us feel welcome and recommend activities for us. All the staff, from those cleaning to the kitchen staff were all so friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you're at home. The hotel is close to the train and bus terminals and centrally located. There is a grocery store, drugstore and many restaurants very close by. The room and hotel were spotless! The beds were very comfortable and our room was a good size. We felt safe and comfortable there and I would definitely come back and stay there again. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices. They also had a microwave, kettle, dishes, etc available 24 hours, including tea & coffee. Thank you Christopher and Katia!! Hope to see you both again!

Our room didn't have AC, so on a really hot day, it might be a little hot with only a fan. However we didn't have an issue with that.

The location was fantastic, around 800 m from Interlaken West Train station. Room was nice, we chose a room with balcony, it was nice to stay there at night especially during summer time. Breakfast was decent, the lady in the breakfast was so warmly welcoming. If given the chance to go back, I would definitely comeback to this hotel.

The floor were made of wood so the stomping of other guests can be heard. There was only small lift good for luggages, you can use that or you have to walk all the way up in the stairs ( good exercise for younger ones but not for oldies ) There is no AC but fan is provided, a bit noisy at night though.

The staff in this hotel just went above and beyond for us. The welcome was good and we were provided with everything we needed. They suggested places to go, let us use the dining room (including cutlery, microwave etc) to eat our own food and generally, the location of the hotel is beautiful. There are some mountain views from the balcony and even from the parking lot. Its quite near all the attractions in Interlaken. Breakfast was good and you can also have coffee or tea 24/7. They were also there for us when we needed some medicine when the pharmacy was already closed so kudos for the extra service. Parking is also available on-site.

Nothing really. Just be aware that its an older but well-maintained hotel. They don't have AC but fans are provided if you are coming in the summer.

First, it's close to Interlaken WEST station, very important to just get to the hotel after a long day of traveling. It's also close to a sports shop where I rented hiking poles from. The breakfast is also pretty decent, they have a really good fruit juice. They offer bacon and eggs (scrambled and boiled) but I wish there were potatoes. But their coffee / tea area is available 24/7, and they have a dedicated fridge for guests. I stayed in the summer, and I thought this was the best deal I could find. Private room with private bathroom. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The private bathroom is across from your room, which is fine but you have to lock it the old fashioned way with keyholes. I think they could modernize a bit because when you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to bring this giant key with you.
