Welcoming staff, memorable and modern (yet cozy) atmosphere. Nice beds, great water pressure, robes in room. Breakfast was served in a quaint but spacious area. Location was central and an easy walk from the train station. But not so central that it was crawling with people. Great stay. Would recommend and return.

Room decor (pillows and blankets) could be refreshed or cleaned a bit more often. They were a bit dusty.

all of the staffs are very friendly. good breakfast. Rooms (bed room and bath room) are spacious with tiny balcony to see the city. very unique room design. except for carpet underneath bed, the room is clean. great location (only 10 mins to main station and 15 mins to tourism area).

carpet is old and looks so dirty (stains) and it can be smelly. it would be nice if the carpet is removed so the room will overall look super clean. the beds are not comfortable to sleep in. there is no air conditioning/heater so if the guests opens the balcony door to let the fresh air in, they will unfortunately be able to hear the city noise.

The hotel is located to the left as you leave the Lucerne train station. With 2 big luggages we manage to wheel them to the hotel 500m away. Doable for 2 young women. The hotel lounge and room were colourful and eclectic. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was basic but one of the best we had when we were in Switzerland.

The pillows are thin but they provided 2 for each of us. So it was ok. I think thin pillows are a norm in Swiss maybe coz we faced the same issue at other hotel / airbnb that we stayed. The room was small, still has enough space to place our luggages.

This was our first stop after a long plane ride to Zurich and then a train to Lucerne. It was fairly easy to walk from the train station to the property. We were cordially welcomed by the staff and we were so pleased to be upgraded to a more spacious suite! Despite being on a busy street corner, the soundproofing is excellent. And the morning breakfast buffet was most enjoyable! We also enjoyed easy access to some excellent restaurants nearby. What a lovely city!

Our only complaint related to the weather… Lucerne was in a heat wave, and the hotel does not have air conditioning. They did, however, do their best to make us comfortable with a fan.

We loved our stay here - the staff was so helpful. If you use the bus to get around Luzern, there is a bus stop right by the hotel, and the location is also great for walking around town too. The best part was the decor - it was so beautiful and well done!! It made us happy to see all the cute, fun touches around the hotel, from the photo booth and the gorgeous basement bathroom to the displays on each floor in the elevator to the hilarious do-not-disturb signs - there were fun surprises everywhere, and it gave the hotel such personality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and also delightfully decorated!

Attention to detail, attention to special occasion (we spent our wedding anniversary at your hotel and the bed was nicely decorated), friendliness of staff, available of and good price for close-by parking possibility, the design of the rooms, how quiet it is despite the traffic around the hotel.

I wouldn't say we didn't like it, but we came to breakfast between 10 and 11 and the hot buffet was pretty much empty. We needed to wait a long time for it to be refilled and not everything was refilled. However, the croissants were the best croissants we've ever had:-)

well renovated with interesting interior

a few interior design errors, at least in junior suite we stayed in level 6: low lighting level in room - very difficult to see in the minibar cupboard eg to make coffee at night as no lighting in the cupboard itself and the open cupboard door obscured what lighting there was from the room poor powerpoint and bedside lighting arrangement at bedside: low voltage bedside lights had their own plugpack powersupply which didnt allow a phone charger to also be plugged in at the bedside in the 3-way power outlets there, so couldn’t easily have phone’s charging at the bedside overnight

Convenient location, around 7-8 min walk to Luzern train station as well as old town and awesome breakfast! The breakfast offers scramble egg, shakshuka and smoked salmon to load up your protein of the day! They also have different types of milk to cater for your needs. They are lovely to upgrade our stay to Suite room which we have a balcony overlooking the old town of Luzern. The only minus point will be the pillow is extremely soft and almost flat.. We've encountered this issue in other Swiss hotels, so I'm not sure is this the standard.... Maybe it's possible to ask for other pillow options but we didn't do so. The staffs are extremely friendly and for those with big baggage strongly recommended to take the tram to arrive or depart from hotel to train station... The tram stopped at just opposite hotel (if you're leaving to the Luzern train station)

This is a lovely quirky hotel. The rooms are odd shapes as its on a corner. The interior design is very colourful and different. The rooms are very well laid out, the beds are so comfortable and the shower is great. The breakfast has lots of choice. There is even fruit and gummy bears at reception! Location is perfect... 2 stops from train station, 5 mins walk to the river and old town.

The towels are small and thin, the only thing I would improve. We eat in the restaurant and it was OK but expensive for what we had at €175 for 1 starter, 2 mains, 1 dessert and 2 drinks.

The room we were given was a great size, it made it very comfortable not having to do hotel gymnastics to get around the bed, each other, etc. Breakfast was very good. It is walking distance to the main areas of interest and the train station. We met some nice folks traveling and staying here.

The hotel is located on a very busy corner so traffic noise, emergency vehicles noise and pedestrian noise was an issue. The temperature was warm and I don’t believe there was much climate control in the room so with the windows open it was noisy.
