Central location, close to everything. 5 min walk from train. 5 min walk to old town.

Temperature of the room felt too warm and humid. The water was inconsistent in temperature.

- The staff should treat guests in a better way and to be friendly - We asked reception employee for a Taxi to transfer to another hotel since we have many luggage however, reception keep saying the taxi will not come because it’s not far but I got a taxi easily in train station which is near hotel!!!! - We were in a queue but reception keep asking others guests near us whose turn is this and it was very obvious it’s our turn ??? - Prices are too high

The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the location is great - 5-min walk from the train station and right next to the famous bridge!

The location was ideal for us, so close to main train station and old town. The staff brought us extra supplies when requested

Our room wasnt ready at guarenteed time but they did store our luggage. The balcony was a total disappointment with view of courtyard and uncomfortable setee. We didnt sit there at all and would not have paid a higher price for premium room had we known.

Location is perfect! 2 mins walk to the central station and easy stroll to the bridge and all touristy spots. Staff is courteous and very professional - liked the complimentary tourist pass and the organised manner in which the hotel communicated facilities available to us.

For the price, bedding and washroom facilities seemed dated and not the best value for money. The mattress was not comfortable at all and usually I wouldn't care too much if I was staying in a budget hotel. Having said that, the customer service and friendly staff totally made up for any such disappointment.

Breakfast has pretty good selection and the staff are so friendly and considerate. There was a lady who insisted on asking the cook to help prepare her own breakfast food (she said she was vegetarian and needed the energy for the day from her food, even though honestly there were many vegetarian options too) and the head service staff handled it in a very professional, calm and firm manner. She refused to pay 7chf… and basically was making a lot of fuss. They agreed to do her this favour “today” he said, and she said, oh tomorrow as well 😒 Anyway, all in all, the staff is so patient and professional. Kudos to them!

Location was unbeatable. Right next to the lake and steps away from the train station and the boat pier! They also had excellent, very comfortable beds.

The curtains didn’t close completely and had light leakage at the side, so don’t expect blackout. Also I went down for breakfast at 945pm and it was chargeable, but the staff on duty didn’t inform me that it ends at 10am, which I found quite annoying as we then had to hurry through a fairly pricey breakfast, nothing is “cheap” in Switzerland.

The rooms were very nice and cozy and the bed was perfect. The location was also just a 2 minute walk from the main station so connectivity was never an issue. The Hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly too. The Hotel was also just a couple of minute's walk from Kappelbrūcke. Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience.

The breakfast spread could have been a little better. Also one thing to point out - the room I stayed in had a door that needed to be closed really hard for it to actually lock, so I had the unfortunate displeasure on my first night of sleeping with the door open! I thought I had closed it and put the lock on, but it turns out I have to really shut it hard for it lock.

This hotel is very well located within easy walking distance to the main sites. Breakfast is wonderful (though pricey) and the rooms are very nice (though a bit small). I really appreciated the Luzern city guide we received at check in and the complementary bottled water in the room. Bed was comfy and the overall style/vibe of the hotel is nice. Immaculately clean!

Our greeting at check in was not especially warm - outside of this not too nice first encounter, the rest of the stay was very pleasant! There was a huge tour group checking in before us, so they were probably slammed and I can understand that.
