The staff were amazing and so helpful. The best staff I've experienced in the last month in Europe. The room was big, the bed comfortable and big smart TV. It is surprisingly quiet considering the location. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was ok, but there was a wait on the bacon and eggs both mornings. They don't replenish very well, probably to save money, but the wait was annoying. You're so close to shops and cafes, so just eat out instead. The ac everywhere in Switzerland is regulated and not very cool. Not their fault, but I'd recommend closing all blinds during the day.

- bedsheet was not replaced although it got dirty - not all towels were replaced - air conditioning; centrally set to about 23C. Not cool enough (though better than nothing) in the summer heat

The location was good. Although it was uphill from the Station the hotel provided a fast and efficient transfer service. Breakfast was rather basic but adequate. We didnt dine at the hotel as the restaurant was a little pricey but there are lots of bars and restaurants round about. We had a great view if the lake from our very comfortable room and the sky bar is an excellent place to have a drink and relax The hotel also provided a travel pass which meant we could use the train up to the mountain top and local buses for free. Excellent

Breakfast could have had a better range of fruits and cereals but was ok

incredible location right on top of the train station. 5 min walk to the main sights (chapel bridge and old city). the staff was amazing and so nice. we arrived before check in and left our bags at the front. they helped us plan our entire day trip and when we returned, our luggage was waiting in our room. they spread rose petals on the bed and wrote “happy honeymoon” on the window. we LOVED this. excellent service.

the hotel has central air so we didn’t have much control over the temperature at night. it was a bit hot and stuffy so we opened the window but somewhat loud out. only big downside are the pillows. extremely uncomfortable. we should’ve asked for more to make them more cushiony

Great location and friendly staff :)

Had a faulty light - one of the spot lights not working properly and blinking , asked the reception to fix it ; to be honest, it was late , and I have been told that no technicians were available at that time , but been promised to get it fixed by next day. Unfortunately, I stayed for four days after that day , and it has never been fixed/changed or resolved. Breakfast variety is a bit poor . Besides , most of the breakfast items when they finish, they never get replaced or refilled in the last hour in the four hours breakfast window. That is to say ; if you come at 9:00 am, you might not find scrambled eggs and other basic items.

The hotel location is superb and all basic provided. Staff are very helpful and prompt from front desk to the buffet breakfast staffs. I must compliment all the staff to be very professional and good asset too the hotel as good impression is created. It is a nice humble hotel for families and small groups. Thank you for the hospitality.

The shower hot water is hot but not constant. Hope this can be improved.

The staff at the hotel was fantastic. They were very customer-centric and anticipated their customers' needs. For example, when I casually mentioned that we were leaving Luzerne to the Zurich airport by train, they immediately informed us on the schedule for the direct train to the airport. Also, they offered to help us make reservations at the various restaurants as we do not speak German. The restaurant staff were very good as well and were very honest.

If there were extra pillows in the room, that will be great.

Welcoming & well versed staff, especially Mr Tomas of Bellini & Kathrin of Concierge. I loved the surprise birthday messages written by the team on the mirrors - made me feel extra special on my birthday - super thank you! 💗 We liked the hotel and room interiors as well as its facilities (especially the Nespresso machine & quality speakers). The breakfast was a feast too - complimented by the perfectly blended coffee by Mr Tomas. The hotel centrally located (just opposite the train station and a short walk to the main sites) yet quiet at night.

+ location - right opposite the station, so very convenient if you plan to catch a train + close to some great restaurants + modern, boutique hotel + rooftop terrace + check-in was quick and easy

- offers a gym which is essentially just 2 machines in a box room. Not satisfactory to call it a gym - rooftop terrace has benches to sit on but didn't seem like much was going on up there (perhaps due to bad weather)
