Nice hotel with free parking. The rooms can be either twins or doubles, and the staff are happy to arrange that. Good WiFi. Walkable to the city center, and right next to a bus stop. The city pass includes free public transportation, and the hotel will e-mail it to you before arrival if necessary.

Breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was, but it was good.

Can’t understand why this hotel is only a two star. Based on that and the price for the area I was expecting a step up from a hostel, but the room was fantastic. A large double room with a spacious bathroom and a private balcony terrace. Everything was clean and there was a kettle/ hairdryer to use. Fantastic access to public transport with a bus stop literally right outside. The staff were also exceptional! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My only complaint is that there is quite a bit of noise at night between the local church bells ringing at all hours, other guests being noisy (which isn’t really on the hotel) and the water pipes are loud when ever someone flushes even in another room. This is only minor though as I should say I usually sleep in silence so might have only been a problem for me.

Excellent location and a very spacious room for a family of 5. Great and easy check in. Samer assisted us and was an absolute delight. I had a rough flight and he gave me words of support and encouragement. Excellent customer service and willing to help and assist with all enquiries. Great bedding and shower easy to use with a spacious bathroom . Small fridge and added bonus. Didn’t have breakfast as leaving early but could see a great spread available with a great sitting area. Walking distance to Lucerne and walking past some great restaurants. Supermarket close by and parking available

Room got a bit warm however there was 5 of us in the room.

We liked the friendliness of the Manager Samer, who was very welcoming and friendly - what was also impressive is that he speaks 6 languages so there are no problems in making yourself understood! He was kind to let us check in a little earlier and helped us with our luggage to the room. The hotel has on-site parking which is great, and the bus stop right outside the hotel, which takes you straight to the city centre, using the free transport card (which Samer kindly organised for us on our arrival). The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows.

The hotel was in a great location, right next to the bus stop where most of the buses were going to downtown area. The hotel itself is cozy with friendly staff. The room was super clean with all necessary amenities. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a place to stay for a few nights.

Not exactly a thing that I didn't like, rather the thing that has a room for improvement. Breakfast was within the European hotel standard, but for 18 CHF per person, one would expect that it comes with hot dishes or ham/cheese that are not too tiny pieces.

Convenient location, beautiful views around the hotel, easy parking. Room was well laid out with everything I needed. Samer, the gentleman who worked at the frontdesk was fabulously friendly, wonderfully patient and helpful to help me figure out how to get to old town (very close) and figuring out the transportation (with trams running literally in front of the property!). A complete delight. Having the restaurant on site made breakfast very convenient and everything was fresh and tasty.

The bathroom was small but that is often the case in European hotel rooms

I like room, especially bed and pillows are very good quality for sleeping. Everything is clean and comfortable. I used public bus, which has bus stops in front of the hotel. The buses connect to the city and attractive places and Luzern train station.

I traveled in summer season. The room was bit warm temperature during day time. However, it's comfortable cool in night time. If you go out for travelling whole day will be OK. The hotel provided electric fan in room.

We were very happy sleeping all together as a family of 5. We each had our bed and the covers and pillows were really comfortable. The space was used as best as possible. The location was great, moving on bus no. 1 was very easy and convenient, just at our door step.

We were room 30, on the last floor and carrying our luggage was a bit too much. All stairs and heavy luggage. The room at night felt a little warm. We had 2 portable fans on at all time trying to cover the 5 beds. It was not enough.

The hotel is pretty small and pretty basic, but you don't need more if you stay for a short time (we stayed for 2 nights). The stuff is very friendly, they provide all the info you need. The room is clean, as well as the bathroom. The hotel has its own parking (convenient if you're travelling by car) and also the public transport is a good option - the stop is just near the hotel's door.

Having a refrigerator in the room would be a nice option, it's pretty common in 3* hotels

- staff is very friendly & helpful, the hotel does not have elevator, my mum is senior citizen, they helped to carry the bags during check in & check out when we asked for help - early check in available when room is ready - very spacious room & bathroom - many plug points available - hotel location right at the bus stop, so convenient

- a bit pricey - no elevator/lift, need to carry large luggage bags up the stairs ownself - front desk closes at 5.30pm, no staff available after that
