Basic hotel,clean warm room ,including toiletries, hot shower,fast wi-fi,comfortable bed good location (walking distance to city center).

They asked me CHF 10 for early check in,when there is a room available..Then I asked them to leave my luggage in their luggage room till check in time.They answered me ''Yes, you can drop your luggage before check in.''There is no mention of a payment in this answer. As I arrived at 10 am. to the hotel,they asked me to pay CHF 5 for leaving my luggage in the luggage room untill check -in time.I didn't find it fair at all.

Convenient. Not too far from Luzern Bahnof.

A little too small for 2 pax with 2 big luggage. Barely move around but it doesnt bother much as we dont stay much in the room. If your room is facing road then it’ll have noise.

First of all, the price was cheap. It was clean and provided free coffee and edible hot water. You can go to the front of the hotel by bus number 4 from Lucerne Station.

Clean room everyday staff is helpful Their is luggage room and hot water provide in common dining area Location is veery close to bus no.4 stop just across the hotel

The bed is comfy but it’s not so stable when you sit on the border the bed lay down that cause you to slide or fall from the bed and the shower room door is quite transparent so you will have to ask roommate to turn away

Room, breakfast, bus stop close by. Tourist pass for free use of public transport.

We only heard about the tourist pass for free public transport when we arrived at the hotel. It would have been nice to know about it and get the pass before our arrival. It would also have been nice to know which bus to take in order to get to the hotel from the train station.

Clean room and easy to get to via bus or 12 minute walk from main train station

Room is a little small

What i like: 1. Staff is friendly and communicative, 2. They give us free Bus Ticket for 2 days 3. Room is not big, but clean enough and the bed quiet comfy 4. They have Parking Site (for car and motorcycle) 5. Reasonable price 6. Located in Quiet Neighborhood

What i dont like: 1. Not close from city centre ( 1 Km, 15 Minutes walk) 2. There is no Water Boiler in the room

The room was clean and as mentioned on the website. The location was ideal and easy to access by foot and by car.

Parking could have been free for atleast the ones staying in the hotel.
