Hotel is close to the station helpful if you arrive by train. Fantastic view from the terrace overlooking Spiez and Lake Thun where breakfast was served or you could dine in the evening. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and served by helpful friendly staff, the staff were really nice at this hotel ! shops and supermarket right beside the hotel which was very convenient.

Underground parking which was free was a bit confusing which was not helped by the work was being carried out in the ar park during the evenings. This was not fault of the hotel as the work was being carried out by the supermarket company that shares the underground car park.

Excellent location, across the railway station, spotless clean, good breakfast in a room or on a terass with breathtaking view on Thun lake, nice ladies at the reception. The hotel is within a movie theater (unfortunately having only movies dubbed în German) and has a nice bistro. Spiez is not only extremely beautiful and quaint, but also a great base for visiting the wonderful Berner Oberland area (however you should be aware that train travel is efficient and very comfortable, but not cheap).

Nothing actually. I was somehow dissapointed that I did not have a balcony with a view on the lake (the balcony had view on a roof, but in the confirmațion of the booking that was obvious and I could have cancelled the reservation if it bothered me). The toiletry was very basic, a shower cap would have been nice.

Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace with a great view of Lake Thun. The parking lot was secure and it had easy access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was quite good, it had plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around.

The furniture in the rooms was a little bit old, it could use a renovation. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway.

I cannot even begin to express how impressed we were with Movieworld. Rooms were nice size and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding - not just a continental breakfast. And on days we left too early for breakfast, they prepared a lunch for us. Francesca was so very nice and met our every need. Train station just a short 5 minutes away. This FAR exceeded our expectations, and is a fabulous value for the money. Highly recommend!!!

As always, the staff were lovely, the room was cleaned daily and kept stocked up on toiletries, the breakfast was lovely with amazing views. I visit Movieworld at least once a year and I've never been disappointed. The shower is amazing.

Perfect location, right next to the train station. A bit tricky to find at the beginning as we thought there was a different reception but turns out the reception is exactly the ticket office of the movie theatre itself! Lift available for our luggage Nice filling continental breakfast with the lake view on the terrace (but beware of bees around being attracted by juice and honey) The croissants and bread were really fluffy and tasty. The coffee was nice too. They gave us a tourist card with guide and discount coupons as well. Great and helpful staff.

No AC in the room but we were given a fan (produce loud noise during operation, so we didn't use it) The pillow is too flat for use (it's like a baby blanket) and we folded them to create a usable pillow.

The location is strategic, just right next to migros and opposite train station. Perfect for traveller who needs to take train like us. The staffs are fabulous and very helpful, never failed to treat us with a big smile on their face everyday. The breakfast is a plus point. I would highly recommend to add on breakfast as they provide a great selections and you can enjoy the view while having your breakfast!

The lighting in room is a little bit dim.

Room and bathroom were shining clean. The bed was extra comfy. The Hotel Movieworld (in a real movie) is a few steps from the railway station which was great for expoloring the surronding Berner Alp, Thun and Brienz Lakes. From the terrace of the hotel the wiev to the lake and mountains was amazing.

Fantastically well appointed room with full kitchen facilities. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket next door where you can by food for the kitchen. Had a balcony with an outstanding view of Lake Thun. Handy for the railway station which is a 90 second walk from the property.

Excellent location, with parking and all the staff, with the exception of one waitress (I think the owners' daughter), very friendly and helpful, especially a half swiss half brazilian girl. The cinema doesn't bother at all to rest (no noise). Very good breakfast. Beautiful views.

Rooms a bit old. One waitress, worst service I've ever received in a restaurant, my family and I had to stand up and leave.
