Comfy beds, great views of the lakes, friendly staff, good breakfast. great value for money

It’s outside of interlaken..there is a bus station right next to the hotel but bus service stops at 19.00. Realistically you need a car to move around.

Breakfast was sort of less than perfect; even eggs were served as half each (lol) Wifi wasn't working on that day.

I loved the service provided by the owner. I had booking to go to Top of Europe early morning at 730 am and breakfast was provided at 8 am. I notified the staff same and he managed to give me breakfast day before at 9 pm which was very touchy and won my heart as if they cared about us as their own. Very scenic view from window.

It was almost 20 minutes bus from Interlaken OST train station for which we received free pass by hotel to travel which was also plus point as when I reached hotel, I had to pay Frank 8.

Cozy stay. Caring and understanding caretakers. Breakfast was sufficient. View from the Restuarant (Lake View) was beautiful. Excellent parking facilities.

Would have preferred Lake View room. About 5 kms away from Interlaken West station, but if you've a Car, shouldn't be a problem.

We liked the location, breakfast, view, room, staff and everything it was in our expectation. When I say about staff, senior citizen couples run the hotel. We were impressed about their activeness. They were like family member during our stay. Bus stop is just outside the Hotel. They kept our luggage in lockers after check-out for almost 4 hours without any charge. I highly recommend this , Overall Excellent.

Very nice hotel in a quiet spot just outside of Interlaken. Private parkingplaces available next to the hotel. It is run by lovely people. Everything is very clean and you may expect a nice and abundant breakfast. The building is somewhat older, so please don't expect airconditioning or a keycard. However, the hosts are hosts in the best sense of the word.

Hotel is situated in the heart of interlaken with an amazing view. We were welcomed well with guidance and route map. Good breakfast and it was well served with smiling faces. Rooms were serviced everyday once we were out. We had a dog and he had ample space and was never disturbed. Easy access and walkable distance to ferry.

Internet was a bit slow but it’s ok we were on vacation not on business trip

The property was right at the perfect spot, 1 minute walk from bus stand where bus no 21 will take you to interlaken ostand back, You can also go down hill about 10 minutes to enjoy peace seating by the lake, Maria, Susanne and the owners were really hard working and helpful, Do keep in mind the the buses don’t have same schedule on Sunday morning so if you have early train better take taxi : 0338220088

Charming and affordable guesthouse with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming. There is a spacious free parking lot for the guests and the breakfast is really good. We also tried the goulash from the dinner menu and it was absolutely delicious. Perfect little place, I can totally recommend it for couples :) It is worth to explore the little beaches nearby!

We had a room with a shared bathroom which was on the second floor, a bit far away from our bedroom. It was a bit uncomfortable to walk up and down the stairs but the bathroom was clean and tidy.

The view from hotel is nice , staff were nice , room was decent.

The connectivity to the hotel from the interlaken Ost is not so great. The number of buses is less. So if visiting by public transport it can be difficult . The breakfast served was good, it was not a buffet. Staff were nice and checking on what we would need but I would prefer a buffet more .The bathroom is liittle small .
