Super friendly and helpful staff. Very tolerant with our big puppy dog. Modern wellness facilities. Public transport, Télécabine and gondolas offered by the hotel.

No cozy lounge area besides the restaurant. Could not sit anywhere after 10 pm Beds were hard and only one pillow offered. Bathrobes had to be rented. Limited shuttle service in terms of hours and number of guests in the bus. So the location was a bit too far from the town center to walk.

Modern accommodation in the poshest neighborhood in St. Moritz. Very helpful and communicative desk staff. The property is basically a compound of buildings. The studio room was at the 50m line with a pleasant, high view of the valley and mountains. Nice breakfast with some international items like bacon. The clientele is very international. The aesthetic is not old Engadine but typical modern Swiss. Bedding was comfortable and parking was plentiful.

The Stube was somewhat lacking in charm.

The hotel has a beautiful and calm location. Beautiful view. The rooms are modern, new and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. The SPA area is small but has everything. If one does not want the noise and activity of St Moritz village, the Randolins is exactly the right place ( a car is useful)

We choose not to have half-board. Unfortunately the "a la carte" restaurant was closed in the evening. As many others in gastronomy, the problem of finding staff ...

Could hike right from property. Food was very good.

The shuttle only ran 4 times in the morning and 4 in the evening. It was 50+ CHF to go one way from St amortization to the hotel and the last shuttle did not allow enough time to have dinner and get back. The shuttle and cost really limited our ability to go into town.

The tiny spa is really nice. You have indoor and outdoor warm pools and a few saunas. The room is perfect for 6 people. The breakfast is amazing, with a few vegan options too! And the shuttle to the hotel makes it easy to get there.

The restaurant menu for dinner isn't really vegan friendly.

The view of the moutains from the room was good. The shower was nice/ large for the price. Room was warm. The outdoor jacuzzi was cool!

There are no bathrobes for wellness in the rooms. Would have been nice, because you have to go outside into a different building to get to the wellness area. That was pretty cold during the ski season.

Spa area was great but hot tubs a bit on the cool side could have been warmer. Our room, shuttle service and breakfast were great. Beautiful views.

Staff could have been more welcoming at the front desk. The shuttle service staff and breakfast room staff were lovely and friendly.

Incredibly beautiful views, gorgeous facilities, extremely clean with all the necessary amenities and attention to detail. Feels more like a 4 star hotel than 3 star. Amazing staff, not over crowded, relaxing and spacious spa, extremely comfortable beds. We loved every moment of our stay. Would 100% stay again!

The staff, the food, the general ambiance. A very nice place that is down to earth in a very good and positive way. Relaxed.

Far away location and too expensive for what it is (our stay was in high season which is always more expensive, all business / operative costs need to be covered which is well understood, however small details disrupt the hotel category which should be marketed as 'high end hostel' - this would be more truthful and perhaps also more profitable).

Great place to stay! It was a little while out of town but you can take the shuttle, just had to book in advance. The room was stunning and the view was breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was incredible too.
