The bedroom was very large and there was plenty of space. The bathroom was also a good size. The bed was exceedingly comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is outside of the city centre but it is feasible because two trams stop very near the hotel and go to the centre of town. One of them is the No. 10 tram which is a short ride to Kloten Airport.

The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't working. Apparently it gets too hot which isn't much good as the purpose is for hot air to dry my air. However, the reception provided me with an alternative hairdryer which worked very well.

Good location mid-way between Sternen Oerlikon station and the Hallenstadion for concerts so only a five minute walk or so in each direction. Easy travel from airport, and into Zurich centre, either by train or tram. Friendly staff. My first stay in this hotel (usually stop at the Holiday Inn) but will probably return here for my next concert.

The sharp corners of the bed are dangerous unfortunately! I ended up having to cover them with the duvet to avoid walking into them.

Room is fine and clean with at least a few English TV channels to watch.

The Breakfast options could be changed since it was the same over the days we had stayed at the Property. A small refrigerator could be provided in the room to store some extra food purchased for dinner.

1 night stay- decent stay; i've got a quiet room on the back side ( of course not exceptional view, but on the other side is the city traffic ); Receptionist very helpful ; they let me store the luggage for few hours; good wifi; few meal options around- 1 Mexican restaurant which i tried; easy to get to city center by train ( 7 min) or tram 11 ( 15-20mins).

The room was comfortable in size. The shower and bathroom are ultra-modern. Generous breakfast buffet, scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, etc. The room was soundproof and temperature controlled. Perfect location for shopping with access to tram, bus, and Federal Railway network, all in short walking distance. Friendly and helpful Front Desk staff.

Maybe cookies in the lobby? Just kidding.

we wanted to stay just outside of Zurich so this was a great choice! we loved that was had a balcony and the room was very spacious for three of us. we also loved the character of this hotel. seems like a ton of history behind it.

we just weren’t sure where to park and it wasn’t very clear at check in so we found a car park very close by but it wasn’t cheap.

We loved the location as it is in between the city center and the airport. There's lots of restaurants and pubs in the area too. Staff are nice and everything we needed were in the hotel. I recommend this property.

Nothing really. I think the only thing that we were looking for was the fridge though it wasn't really a deal breaker.

Good location and amenities in surrounding. Friendly staff esp counter staff Reyes. Convenient to travel with train and bus lines nearby. There's supermarket nearby also for last minute shopping

The hotel restaurant was closed as all the staff were on holiday. There's no food service

The room was a pleasant surprise, looked recently renovated and very clean. It was a comfort and although there was a warning that there might be construction noise, it was very calm. The bathroom had good facilities and the air conditioning

The amount of trash produced by having separate packaging for spreads, yoghurts, marmelades and powders for hot chocolate is painful to see from an ecological point of view.

Long weekend stay and was allotted the single room. My experience at the Hotel was great, I could not possibly write of any difficulties during my stay. Quiet room, transport options available 2 minutes away (includes direct access to the airport via tram&train) and a choice of eateries nearby. Staff were really nice and helpful.
