I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. First off, the location is ideal. Situated in the northern part of Zurich, it's very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. It's well-connected to public transport, making it easy to reach the city center, the airport, and key attractions. The area around the hotel is peaceful and offers a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are another highlight. They are incredibly spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. I appreciated the sleek design and the attention to detail in the decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. All in all, I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Zurich.

One area for improvement, however, would be the breakfast. While it offers a good selection, I believe the quality of some items could be elevated. A wider variety of fresh, high-quality options would take the breakfast experience to the next level and truly match the hotel's overall standards.

The room was spacious and the hotel provided pretty much everything I needed. The location couldn't be more convenient, 5 mins walk to Platform 8/ entrance to Oerlikon station. Breakfast set me up nicely for the day. The room had a great TV. The blackout curtain was useful for keeping light spill out early morning.

The colour scheme of the hotel and room was not personally to my taste (too many dark colours). I understand why paper cups might be used for the teas and coffee tray but it can't be the most sustainable option, also looks very cheap! The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. But these are all subjective matters, it is a good hotel which I would happily recommend.

The stay was fantastic, especially thanks to the exceptional customer service. Lily was outstanding—she was incredibly kind and a true gem in customer care. Lily went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and even encouraged my child to create a sketch that will be displayed on a board as a memorable keepsake for future visits. It was a thoughtful and touching gesture. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely return in the future and have already started recommending it to my friends and family for their visits to Zurich.

The breakfast could have been improved with more options, such as a live kitchen for made-to-order omelets.

Some of the genuinely friendliest staff anywhere. Slightly early for check in so really nice lady on reception gave me one of the disabled rooms which was huge and on first floor. Very very comfortable loved being on corner and having two windows and wide entrance. The two bar staff very friendly and made a single traveller feel at ease. Good beers and a very nice risotto outside in warm evening sunshine what’s not to like. It’s also a brilliant location 4 /5 mins to city centre or airport every few mins from major train interchange a couple of mins walk away.

Room was newly decorated and very clean, with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I would have liked to be able to adjust temperature of the room a little as it was very hot. I did speak to reception staff and got a very good explanation on why hotel was so warm and that air con was not in use due to still being winter which is totally understandable.

Everything suited my needs. The location was perfect for where I had to go in and work. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fine. We had dinner at the restaurant and this was good and also convenient.

My room faced the road. Usually, I am a heavy sleeper but unfortunately this time, the traffic (while it was not busy, somehow managed to keep me awake. I would say that traffic noise is very low, and it was probably other factors that made me tune into this external sound.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Nice toilets. Big cupboard and a chest of drawers for storage. Location is minutes away from Zurich oerlikon train station and COOP where all groceries can very easily be done. Restaurant serving amazing South Asian food only a few minutes away. Fitness facility (gym) was with some good equipment.

On the day of check-in, we were given two double rooms. When we accessed one of the rooms, it was already occupied by someone. It was so embarrassing and we were not happy about it. Straightaway complained to the front office. Surprisingly, we were offered a complementary breakfast the next day. Couldn't understand how that can be a compensation for what we went through. We did not accept it. The event was, however, unintentional and reflected on some process gaps that the front office promised to investigate.

I enjoyed my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North a lot. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious, the reception staff I interacted with was incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of different foods and beverages. The location of the hotel is great: it’s a very short walk from Oerlikon train station and there are also different supermarkets close by. The hotel is ideal to stay at for concerts/events at Halle 622 or Hallenstadion.

The hotel is excellent property, the rooms size very good and we have everything in room. The location is very good , the bus and the tram and the trains within reach. Bus outside the hotel gate and train station, Orlekon is five minutes walk. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff very helpful.

As such nothing there , but one thing 1 thing I would like to say that they DON’t have room service for food or something like that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was in Zurich for work for a week and the hotel was very well connected to both the airport and the city center, with shops (groceries, clothes, etc) next door. Rooms were comfortable, ample and clean; and everything looked brand new. Bathrooms were nice and spacious.

There was a stain in the carpet of the room, but upon informing the staff they made sure not to charge it on my name.
