There was no breakfast at the accommodation. However, the location of the house is very good. I visited the Institute of Physics, University of Zurich-Irchel Campus and the institute is only 10-12 minutes walk from this place. There is also a tram stop in front of this place and it is very well connected to the main train station and the airport.

I think security is a little compromised as the entrance to a Thai restaurant is inside the property. This means that the property is always open to outsiders and the common area gets dirty from time to time.

it’s location, The size of the room was perfect for one person, the kitchen facilities were really good. There was a twin electric hob and a microwave, all the crockery & utensils were there and there was storage space & a fridge.

There was no receptionist or caretaker.

Surrounding. Transport, restaurants, shops etc. It is about 30 minutes walk to Zurich Town city centre so it is within town.

Cooking facilities, there was only one small pot and induction hob wasn't working. Anyway probably if I have asked they might have sorted it out for me but I didn't. They provided the phone number so it's easier enough to get in touch with someone.

It was fairly clean and tidy. The apartment was way bigger than what we expected. (as we got an up-gradation from the hotel) The kitchen was well equipped. Enough towels, tissue rolls in the bathroom. The bathrooms were clean with enough water supply.

There wasn’t enough soap/ shampoo in the bathroom for 2 people and no dish cleaners in the kitchen. So, we were in trouble to clean the dishes.

Once the booking is confirmed, one receives a link to register which then generates a PIN code to be inserted in a lock box located at the back of the building. If any issue arises, there is a number which can be called and help can be obtained. It is a quick - no fuss check-in/check-out method which works well. The accommodation is clean with self-catering facilities.

The first time it was hard to find the check-in box at the back of the building as it is not well sign-posted.

The location was perfect, near convenience stores and stations. The room was small and cosy and had a great view. The bed was big enough for two even though we chose the single bed.

The self check-in was a bit complicated, we needed help from someone else.

Great location: public transport, supermarket and kiosk close by. It's about half-way between airport and downtown, right by a public park. Good price (by Zurich standards). NOTE: the smartbox to retrieve the room key is at the back of the building; also make sure to read your emails as you will need a PIN-code to get your key. Check your spam folders (!) I liked the kitchenette to prepare your own meals. Flawless WiFi internet during my stay.

The mattress is a bit basic. The room was rather small. The elevator and hall-ways feel a bit worn ... there is no hotel staff or reception.

The Quick Check in, The Code I got works good. The appartement is facing the Tram Stop Milchbuck. Everything was clean and The heater is working too.

Everything was good I think, they should maybe do a bit of effort on kitchen or Cooking Material, sometimes there's no pot to cook or bad quality or too small...

Very convenient room- small, but clean and everything worked and nothing was lacking. I was travelling with a dog who needed treatment at the Zurich University veterinary hospital. The location was perfect - close to the veterinary hospital and across the road from a park and a tram stop. Several shops and cafés close by.

The room was clean. Self check-in is great. Lot of hotel parking places were empty but I didn't know if I can use them.

My room had broken handle with missing escutcheon. It was not clear to me if hotel parking places can be used by me as a guest or if I need any kind of booking. I was looking for Wi-Fi password for about 30mins in all the building, even asking people in the restaurant but noone could have helped me. When going to bed I realized the password is sticked on TV.
