Had a desk for work. Nice bathroom. Good enough kitchen. Place is new so felt modern. Had elevator and I could use their washing machine in the basement. Crew was outstanding. Everybody extra nice and highly responsive.

I'm used to larger rooms. So it felt a bit crunched. The TV was not smart so I couldn't use Netflix or Amz Prime on it. No A/C or fan, so it felt a little hot, specially at night.

I loved the interior and the exterior, it was very modern. The rooms were also beautiful and modern. It was near bus stops and tram stops so we had quick access to the rest of the city.

The room was for some reason really hot, it was winter but it was just a bit too much. There could ve at least been a few glasses for water as standard, i understand that you have to rent kitchen equipment but the missing glasses were kind of an inconvenience. The parking could ve been a little cheaper but i understand it s hard to come across cheap parking in Zurich.

I loved this mini apartment with full kitchen. clean and modern. loved the large balcony. very clean. walking to public transportation , even with luggage with wheels. staff were professional

The vending machine was full of everything you needed for after hours , but 6 chf for a small bag of chips was enough for me to walk away. It was good for my diet. The non smoking room with smoking allowed on balconies. The smoke coming in to the room negates the non smoking. I Adapt to the culture not the want.

Pretty much everything. The cleanliness, the friendly staff who can also speak the local language. The bathroom. The bed. Easy key-access, easy check-out. All good :) Also cool that I could book on the same day, and with a fair price. :)

The ONLY THING, I would say, is that my "neighbors" played their music a bit too loud and I could hear it in my room. Also, the plastic-glass shower-door was bit weird, it didn't close completely. To close all the way I had to use the shower-curtain as well.

Very clean. Perfect cooking facilities, provided cutlery, etc. Said on website this was an additional charge so it was a lovely surprise that it was included in the original price Coop shop less than 5 minute walk from apartments. Bus and tram right outside. Easy to walk to Zurich HB if you want (50minutes).

Very expensive. Check in time! It ends at 7pm and unless a code is sent to you, you can be stuck with no way of getting in. I was lucky, but saw many people during my stay locked out with no access code having made and paid for their booking.

The apartment was small but nice and spotless. I like the people and the design of the building. Most of the people I met there were friendly and supportive. Thanks for everything.

The weather in zurich rains a lot at the end of April, I asked the locals, they said that its better to travel in May and June. Hope that next time will be better.

It is clean, quiet, enough space in the room (double and triple). it was much more arranged that on the pictures.

I think that I’m the shower there was missing a window door.. They asked us to pay 15.-/room if we wanted to leave at 12.00 pm instead of 11.00 am There is a kitchenette but you need to rent 20.-/day to have the equipment (glasses, knives, forks…)

very clean, quiet, nice welcoming place, as a group of 8 university students was perfect, staff is very nice and everything works just fine

little to nothing, a bit hard to regulate temperature in rooms, they get very hot

I like the owners dedication towards the customers he personally came to c me. I was really honored. He is such thorough gentleman.

There is no option to store luggage after the check out. Seem ridiculous that in the apartment you have to pay extra to have the kitchen equipped. Not even a spoon or cup is included in the basic apartment package.
