The room is all right. Overall, we are satisfied because of the great location and the great service. The price for Switzerland is acceptable and everything was comfortable and good. There is a noise isolation when you close the windows. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is fantastic and the service there is on another level. The breakfast is tasty and there is plenty to choose from but it is self-serviced. The view from the windows is a plus and there are also lifts. The trams near the hotel do not bother.

The room is a little bit small and the cleaning can be a little bit better. The beds can be better - especially the extra bed. You need to ask for additional towels, shampoo and hand wash. Also pay attention you won't get the promised robes and slippers without a request and we decided to not ask for them.

Overall it is a good hotel, close to the train and a few stations from the city center. Breakfast was great.

The only drawback is that the room was too cold, the heating apparently is not central and when we complained at first they only offered us an extra blanket, but after saying that it would not be enough they gave us a small heater that worked fine.

The staff were helpful. The accidentally gave us a room that was not cleaned yet and as an apology they gave us an upgrade with no extra charge - parking on site with a fee - a tram stop nearby that takes you right to city center - the room size was fair and the bed was comfortable - clean - had a snack and drinks vending machine but it accepts only cash

There were constructions outside and had to close the windows due to the noise (nothing the hotel could do) - the AC was not cooling - no Minibar or a place you can keep your drinks cool

Breakfast was great and worth the price. They provide free wifi and adaptors. Rooms are clean and comfy. They cleaned our room everyday. Room has a lot of extra space and storage. We enjoyed our stay there are also great restaurants nearby -- Singaporean and Japanese restaurants 2-5 mins away. :)

Location was not ideal if you want to explore the city center. We always booked Uber because Taxis are overpriced and some are scammers. Make sure to buy water and snacks from the grocery or convenience stores nearby since the hotel does not provide water and treats.

it was in a great location and very nice modern design Also we loved the Restaurant and the breakfast was great and some if the Employee /chef / or supervisor Mr Tony made the environment fully different from all hotels we ve been there in all cities in Europe and Asia , he welcomed us warmly Respectfully and kind and he explained about their healthy food & ..he was really helpful and really we enjoyed in that hotel and definitely bcz of his attitude in work we ll come back

in a triple room with family all adults a shower & bathtub with transparent glass is not proper at all … i think you dont have to book as triple …

This review is solely based on the bartender. We stayed there 1 night, but really didn't explore it. Then we circled back and were sitting at the bar and he came up and asked us what we needed help with. He whipped out a map, showed us where to go and which routes to take. The next day I went back to the bar for advice and I received great advice on travel. I told him it was my son's bday and he brought outback drink with a sparkler in it. The front desk was very helpful too, because both times there seemed to be a disconnect between what was confirmed and paid for on Booking.com and what they had in the computer. All was resolved. Once I learned the tram route, it was easy to get around.

- Excellent location right next to the Letzigrund stadium, where we were at the concert. A big advantage is the parking in the underground garage (although the parking space cannot be reserved in advance, but luckily for us there was a free space). - Very pleasant staff from the reception to the maids and the breakfast staff. - The room was exactly as in the photos, the extra bed was sufficient even if a little unstable. The bathroom was clean, the shower excellent with good access. - Wifi throughout the hotel with a stable signal and fast connection. - Tasty breakfast, sufficient selection, crispy pastries, delicious jams, excellent sausage and tasty eggs. - The price is probably appropriate for the location and date. - Checkout fast and hassle-free. All in all, our first visit to Switzerland and Zurich was very pleasant for us, and especially the people made us want to come back again.

- we missed at least a small refrigerator in the room - somewhat inflexible air conditioning control - the above did not affect our good impression of the visit to H+ Hotel

It's a quiet night's sleep when we're passing through Zurich. Beds are comfortable.

Have stayed here often - but rooms starting to look a bit tired now. Our room had a grubby carpet and upholstery on a stool was stained. Hairdryer kept on cutting out. The room had had a repaint in one place but it looked badly-done. I had accidentally booked for 1 instead of 2. The manner in which the man at reception handled it I didn't like. As if I was trying to sneak a man in with me! The man is my husband. We have dealt with him before and he was rude then, too. Might have to look for an alternative 'pit-stop' in Zurich.

Very good hotel. Ratio price/quality - perfect. Breakfast was brilliant, lots to choose from and to most people's preference.

There can be some tech improvements in the room , like adding USB charging for example. Aircon wasn't very efficient either, the room was never cool even when aircon was at min temp setting. And drain in the shower was not working very well, did not complain at reception as it was just 2 nights stay for us but it did not seem to be clogged so could be that it was like that by design, slow draining.

Rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast has plenty of options and is delicious. The employees are very kind. Especially the Turkish staff at the reception are very helpful. There is a tram stop nearby and it is very easy to reach the center.

This is not a negative review. But I can write it as a suggestion for improvement. Since the center is accessible by tram, the free public transportation tickets, which are available at hotels in different cities in Switzerland, may offer an opportunity to make the hotel preferred by more people.
