We appreciated the size of the room, and the fact that the window could be opened. There was little noise from traffic, so we were able to sleep with the windows open. A major plus.

We were only given one keycard for our room, and we needed two. Finally we insisted, but I would not go back to a hotel that does not offer two key cards for a room with two guests. The air conditioning was not very cold, so we relied on open windows to sleep.

Well, even tough i liked almost everything, i will mention some strong points. The desing of the hotel is completly different from any hotel i have ever been to, and it looks gorgeous! The room was amazingly cozy and the view incredible (10th floor). The staff was super friendly and made us confortable. Another strong point is the breakfast window (from 6:30 to 10 am), it makes possible for you to start the day earlier if you wish to, or to sleep a little more. The hotel was super clean as well. The price was also reasonable in comparison to the other hotels in zurich. The location was fine. About 20 minutes in transports from the main Zurich station (including waiting times i'd say), and fairly close to the station.

I think the breakfast could have a little more variety, but the quality is good.

The room was really cute and modern, comfy bed and pillows (apparently there was a choice of pillows but I loved what I had so didn't ask to change). Loved that the shower was a part of the bedroom but grateful I wasn't sharing the room with a 'friend'! Delicious complimentary Nespresso coffee and bottles of water were a really nice touch!

I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning. It was really hot on the 11th floor but the windows opened and they offered me a fan which helped. The location wasn't the best for sightseeing but it was in a nice neighbourhood and very close to public transport (bus and train).

The breakfast was the loveliest part of my stay in this hotel. It just had whatever you can imagine, a variety of cheese, bread, jams, fruits, eggs etc. Just loved it. The room was also very clean and spacious. They provided us with a Crib upon a fee (it was a bit wierd though because in the rest of the world crib is always free of charge). The amenities were good and staff were responsive to our requests.

the toilet was a bit outdated and has room for renovation. Some of the receptionists could also be more welcoming and kind. the location was a bit far from city center but it was easily reachable to anywhere with a 10-15 min bus drive. We ordered twice from the restaurant and the food was not really good, quite salty, not tasteful and quite expensive.

No AC in the room so we have to open the window to make air flow and cool down the room. But it became noise in the morning as building work was conducted nearby Soundproofing can be improved as we can clearly hear noise from the corridor in the morning

The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were a lot of sockets in the room which made it easy to charge electronic devices. It is close to the bus and tram stations. We found the price appropriate for the room that we stayed in.

The place is a bit far from the city center (although, traveling to and from the city center was pretty easy) There are a lot of construction sites around the hotel, and you can hear the construction happening. The floor was hard concrete and I did not like stepping on it.

Impeccable designer rooms, very clean, stylish and modern. Hotel is conveniently close to a tram station that will take you all the way to downtown Zürich. Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast. Convenient parking facility.

While this seems to be the standard for Zürich, there was no AC or any other form of air circulation, which was annoying in hot and humid summer. The room was designed maybe a bit too well, as it felt slightly alien with the concrete floors and glass shower walls (zero privacy), but some people might like that.

I must say, I was thoroughly impressed and enjoyed every aspect of it. hotel is exceptionally clean and has a trendy, nice modern minimalistic design that I absolutely loved. Waking up in such a well-designed and clean environment truly sets the mood for the rest of the day. It's not just a place to stay; it's an experience. Staff was very friendly, Thank you for providing such a wonderful atmosphere, and I look forward to returning in the future. Keep up the fantastic work!

Great location, right next to the tram stop which gets you into Zürich in around 15 minutes. Covered parking underneath the hotel; 25F per Night. Rooms decor is modern. staff excellent and happy to help with any queries. Free Wifi. Coffee Machine was a nice touch, bar open until 23:00 and bikes available for hire.

Glass door on shower, hotel did provide a cover for the door but kept falling off. Was aware due to the note on the listing and other reviews so wasn’t an issue.
