Everything..... Right from the start till end..... Let me give the details 1. Location - Take Tram no. 4 from Zurich HB towards Zurich Altstten and alight at Toni Areal.....after a 10 min joy ride. The hotel is 100m from the team stop..... Next to Sheraton. Be cautious as they have another branch nearer to the station at Langstrasse. There's 2 large supermarkets close by which operate Mon - Sat 2. Reception - manned by very cheerful staff. I interacted with Nicola, Michelle, Pati and another bearded guy (apologies for forgetting his name) and during my 4 nights stay..... And man..... They would do everything to respond to you with a genuine warmth and smile. A big shout out to the reception staff 👍👍 3. Decor - It gives the look of a boutique hotel and had some nice setup..... They are into some green initiative and that's being promoted everywhere 4. Room - A very decent sized room with extremely comfortable beds. Toilet comes with a shower area with an very nice rain shower 5. Highlight - Mini bar in the room is complimentary. I have stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I came across a such a gesture. They have a stock of 2 beers, 2 colas, one small pack of potato chips and one small chocolate. And guess what? They would refill it on request. It maybe costing them an extra 5-10 USD but creates a tonne of goodwill 6. Breakfast - our booking didn't include breakfast. Their buffet costs 26 - 32 CHF and they also have a grab and go option of 9 CHF 7. Food - They have an Italian restaurant (with room dining option) with prices comparable to other mid range restaurants. I could see a Indian Nepali restaurant in the vicinity. For more options, take the tram till Limmetplatz where you can have many options at different price range 8. Housekeeping - as a part of their green initiative, they do housekeeping only on demand. You've to inform them at the reception or hang one of the 25 very creative for signs 9.

Though I liked everything, perhaps these are the few areas which the hotel can consider to improve 1. Room lighting - Though it's very romantic, one does need some brighter lights some time 2. WiFi tends to drop off if idle 3. Zurich transport pass is not provided which most of the other hotels do. So if you don't have a Swiss travel pass or any other pass, traveling in the tram a few times a day can be expensive

The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The room was clean. It is really close to tram stop (Toni Areal), making it very convenient to get to the city center in 10-15 minutes with tram number 4 running every 10 minutes. There are groceries stores like coop or migros nearby, as well as a coffee shop. Lobby and restaurant area were lovely and cozy with pool and football tables available. I also appreciated the ability to store luggage both before check-in (if you arrive early) and after check-out (if your flight is later in the day).

The bathroom lacked privacy due to a window that allowed visibility from outside, since there was no curtain as shown in hotel pictures. Additionally, the room lighting was a bit dim, making it a bit difficult to see properly. It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. All the small and stylish details. Modern, convenient. We even had a Bluetooth speaker in the room. The breakfast was also great with lots of choice (including the freshly squeezed juice and the selection of teas).

1) the hotels website says you can get the robe and the sleepers for the sauna on reception. But we were told we can only get towels (the sauna on the 6th floor is nice though) 2) we saw a mouse not far from the reception. We let the staff know but not sure if anything was done. 3) you can hear the train when sleeping (can be an advantage though)

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (we were able to check-in early which was perfect as we were attending an event). The decor and facilities were really fun and loved all the little touches throughout including the leisure equipment (pool, table football and table tennis, little messages everywhere and even ancouple of sports equipment bit in the room). We didnt get to use the sauna or gym but I did check them out and they looked very nice and the mini bar is free with the room (water, coke, beer and a couple of snacks). We absolutely loved our room (bunk beds) and the restaurant was also very good and again incredibly friendly staff throughout. I genuinely cant wait to return

Whilst we loved the bedroom and bunk beds (for single beds they were quite wide and spacious and very comfortable) but book with caution if afraid of heights as they are very high and not the easiest to climb up on. But once up there they are cozy and have space to plug things in, a side table and control of the lights. For a 25-hour hotel I would love there to be a very small 24 hour room service menu - as being so close to the stadium I am sure lots of event attendees stay here and if you know Switzerland at all options late are extremely limited but this is just a nice to have and they do have some fridges downstairs with a couple of cold options

Amazing hotel, very modern and clean. The location was very good and easy reachable by tram 4 (couple of minutes to the main station, also runs frequently). The staff was very friendly and supportive, amazing team! In the lobby there is a coffee machine you can use, available all day, fridge with drinks and some fruits (all for extra charge) which was very convenient. Free mini bar in the room. There is a bar located in the ground floor as well. All in all, amazing hotel for a very good price.

We really enjoyed our stay at the 25hours Zürich. The hotel was clean and well decorated. Staff was kind and smiling. There were snacks in the lobby at all times, a baby foot and pool table. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great location as well, a few meters walk from the tram stop. EXTRA COZY: we particularly liked the free parking, free minibar (yes with a few soft drinks, beer and snacks) and breakfast until 2pm at weekend :) We definitely recommend the hotel and will sure come back !

- E-bikes available for free on the weekend and for rent on weekdays was a great touch. - Sauna is very big and beautifully done. - Staff are super helpful and friendly with suggestions on what to do. - Location is slightly further away from the bustling centre, but that's what's great about it - it's quiet. Zurich is small enough as a city to get around anyway. - Would definitely stay here again.

- Some of the bikes needed some maintenance (eg. flat tyres) so check before you get on one. - Gym was being renovated when we were there so the temporary space for a gym was a bit small (but once the new gym is renovated it should be great!)

Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of fresh foods and beverages. One day when there were no grilled vegetables one of the staff made some just for me! I appreciated being able to access the tram so close to the hotel and to walk to the Coop! The designer touches in my room and throughout the hotel added so much to the experience! And the mini bar goodies were greatly appreciated!

The lighting in my room and especially the bathroom was poor. Women like enough lighting to apply makeup. I also like to read in bed and there was not adequate light.

Just a stones throw away from the number 4 tram which has numerous connections to other trams, busses and trains. Perfect location for transport. The room was fairly sized and very comfortable. The shower was perhaps the best I’ve ever had in a hotel room! Free ping pong, pool and fuseball. There’s a bar downstairs so very convenient, but this caused no excess noise in our room. Coop just a minute or twos walk away. 10/10, well worth the money, would book again.
