Clean and tidy hotel and room. Room bedlinen was changed mostly daily. Friendly, helpful team. Location works for us. Parking was good.

It was apparently unusually hot, we were given a fan for the room. We were put in a roof room so very little air or window. Air-conditioning would be ideal to install. It's a shame i love this hotel,however my visit in the summer will have to be in an Air-conditioning hotel. I will stay here in the colder months.

The most disappointing part of this hotel was the staff. The receptionists were unfriendly and rusty. The room is very simple and nothing special but I paid very little for the city standards so had no expectations. From my point of view the price-quality balance is excellent for Zurich. And the small square with fountains and cafes in front of the hotel is just adorable with all shops and services you might need. I found it lovely and the reasonable distance from the center. I will stay there next time in Zurich again. The staff should be trained some gentle manners though. Then it will be just perfect low budget hotel.

Staff unfriendly and rusty service

Great location, next to Coop supermarket, 50m from the bust stop and around 10min walking distance from the Alstetten train station. The receptionists were warm and professional. It was possible to store the luggage after the checkout and come back for it later. The room was small but comfortable; the water pressure in the shower was good.

The rooms do not have AC so if you come here in summer when temperatures are above 28 degrees, it is a bit suffocating in the room. There is a fan in the room but on very hot days (30+ degrees) it does not really help.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very nice, and the hotel seemed clean overall and felt safe. Although the location is not the best, it was great there were so many stores within walking distance, one right next door. It was great that there was a kettle in the room.

Ventilation was not great, we had the fan on the whole time but it was still too hot. Would also expect a mini fridge for a hotel in this price range.

The room was great and I could enjoy my relaxing moment there , big siz single bed and enough space to enjoy your stay. Someone is speaking Italian too at the reception desk :) Public transport just in front and supermarket , fountain and as well public wc just in the closed square :)

Not a bad remark only to keep in mind you need public transport to get city center, but place very well organised with it...

We chose not to book breakfast as we had different trips out everyday. Love the area as surrounded by some good places to eat and drink. Hotel food in evening was great. 5 mins from trains, 2 mins from trams. Love the style of the hotel.

Little but far from the station but easy to reach by taking bus. Facilities are all available and the reception is very nice to let us to keep the luggage for few days and we can travel to mountain more easy The air conditioning seems not work properly but we can open window

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is with very good location, near to the public transport.

The parking of the hotel was not accessible in the late Saturday evening, there was a locked chain. Likely we found a parking place on the street. However, the amount for one night parking was deducted from the total amount. The pillows are very big and not so comfortable.

Supermarket and pharmacy are just next to the hotel. I could buy my breakfast there. The tram station is just in fron of the hotel but it's not loud. The hotel offered the late time check in. very flexible and kind staffs.

the room would be small if you stay longer than a few days there.But good enough for a business stay.

The location is great if you are looking to stay in Alstetten. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean and accommodating. There is a nice bar in the restaurant as well.

The rooms where we stayed were close to the parking lot and it was loud at night with people talking with the window open. This is not a problem though and to be expected in a city location.
