The check in counter is manned 24 hrs. So there was no problem when we were delayed. Very clean room and modern amenities. We just stayed overnight.

There was road work going on in front of the hotel, So we had to lift and carry our heavy bags for about 50m.

rooms are tight for three persons with luggage pillows are very soft and not comfortable at all, asked for hard one and they said we don’t have, AC is barely working. safe box doesn’t work, wi fi is very bad. the most important thing is (on 9th August the street was closed to have maintenance construction work and digging noise started early morning, so be careful of booking at this hotel till you are sure construction work is finished, cars even can’t enter the street due to construction work). the entire city is under construction and streets maintenance during school holidays.

A clean and modern room with air-conditioning. The room also had opening windows, which is less common these days. This turned out to be very useful for the unseasonably hot weather! Crucially (for a British person) there was a kettle and tea-making facilities and a fridge for storing milk/cold drinks. Less than a 2-minute walk to the Escher-Wyss-Platz tram station for a 10-minute ride into town, or a 20-25 minute walk direct to the central train station. Also less than 10-minute walk to Hardbrücke train station on the main line to the airport or the city. So it's an excellent location for transport connections.

Although there were electric sockets for Swiss, EU and the UK, it would have been good to have a couple of USB-A sockets for charging devices without the need for another adapter. There was a strange damp smell in the stairwell, which was unexpected in a hotel this new.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood with very convenient and efficiant transportation to the city center and to the aeroport the room with 3 single beds was great for us and very clean and confortable, and the staff very friendly and helpfull

The location was close to the city centre, with few stops away. Transport right at the front, with 5-10 minutes walk depending on which direction. There's a cinema right opposite of the hotel and number of eateries along the way The room was very clean and right space. We had a minor incident - we paid the city tax the night we arrived via cash - CHF2.5 per pax. However, when we checked out we were told that we had not paid for it, and upon stating that we had paid the day before, the staff initially mentioned they do not record cash transactions. Upon discussing with the manager, they decided to acknowledge that we had paid the amount and glad that they took into consideration our honesty Therefore, the lesson learnt - to always pay the city tax via credit/debit card in order to have a record of amount paid or pay on the day of the check out

The hotel was fine, in general. The position is good, walking distance from the city centre and near to public transportation.

The bathroom door is made of glass and is not completely opaque. This means that for example light comes out of it (not great during the night) and it slightly see-though. Also, there is a small space within the wall and the door, as you can see from the picture, so not great for privacy. If you're like me and have trouble sleeping with the light, be aware that the curtain doesn't block the light completely and it's quite bright in the morning, so you might want to bring an eye mask.

Great staff, great customer service skills. Mr. Arun from breakfast is great - Arun is very polite, very accommodating and friendly. Mr. Mattia from reception is polite and has great customer service skills. Rooms are not so big, but the space is optimized very well..we stayed 2 nights, we felt comfortable. The room was clean and had good acceptable beds. Modern clean bathroom. You can find a nice TV, a Zurich map with tips, pen, small notebook, The breakfast was great, tasty good food, eggs, ham, different type of cheese, nice bread, tea, coffee, cereals, good job ! The only negative was that I did not feel the Air.conditiining was working properly.

The hotel is in an area of the city that was recently developed, only 20min walk from the main train station. The room was quiet, clean, and had everything you need: a kettle, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer etc. In the bathroom there was a lot of space around the sink and many hangers for the towels, both things aren’t always available. Many plugs and the great lights were also appreciated.

Having two single beds close to each other instead of one Queen or King bed isn’t always enjoyable. But the mats and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel’s location is very good, easily accessible by tram from anywhere in the city. Hotel is really clean and modern. Plenty of options for restaurants and cafes.

The triple room was really small with very little space for luggage. The kettle in the room had no electric outlet to plug it in. We had to move it to the writing table to plug it in. The staff was not friendly at all. No eye contact, no greetings or smiles. They would all benefit from a lesson in hospitality and basic etiquettes of being front desk personnel.

the front office service was impeccable - we arrived early by train and the reception was kind enough to allow us an early check-in so my brother could wash up before catching his international flight out. it made all the difference; seemingly small gesture but conclusion is that swiss hospitality is indeed the best. location is great - the tram stop is a few steps away from the hotel and just 4 stops to old town and the train station. also - the motion sensors on each floor for lighting is a superb way to save electricity (even in the daytime)
